Pembury Tours and Tammy are outstanding and would highly recommend
Pembury Tours were fantastic all the way from building the trip together, coming up with ideas and thoughts and securing all the different places we stayed. Tammy was excellent in her communication and gave us real confidence throughout. We compared Pembury with others and we are truly delighted we chose them. All the accommodation was amazing, there were so many wonderful moments, with the highlight being the safari at the Lalibela Game reserve.We would recommend Tammy and Pembury to anyone visiting South Africa. It’s always best to choose a company in our opinion that are based in the country you are visiting, they have the contacts others don’t, give you up to date info and if something isn’t quite right they are on hand to sort it out. Pembury and Tammy were this and so much more. It was an amazing trip, thank you again Tammy.

Ticked off the big 5 and the Ugly 5!!
Median made it super easy to book online and was always available for any questions we had. Macha our guide and driver was phenomenal in terms of experience and knowledge. Got to see all the big 5 and the ugly 5 with him so couldn't recommend him enough! The 4 day safari experience itself was amazing and getting to see the natural side of Tanzania was a dream come true.

Reliable choice
We just returned from a 10-day safari with Big Apes Africa Safaris. This is a good time for a review, because on the one hand the impressions are still fresh, on the other hand we already have some distance to what we experienced.
Before about the details - let me give a conclusion: I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND exploring Uganda with BIG APES! I will try to highlight some of the most important reasons in points:
1. as part of the negotiations, I sent an inquiry to several companies. From BIG APES I received the best offer taking into account value for money.
2. I evaluate the contact with Peter very well, None of my questions remained unanswered. All arrangements were confirmed by what we found already on site.
3. Peter was waiting for us at the airport with Gerald (our guide and driver). In fact, we were taken care of throughout our stay in Uganda. Given that the travelers were two women - this is of no small importance.
4 Both Peter and Gerald are cultured, professional and simply humanly very nice people. I am glad to have met them.
5. accommodation and meals provided by BIG APES fully met our expectations.
6. we managed to achieve all our goals, to see what we wanted to see. These were wonderful and unforgettable days. And we thank you for them!
I recommend BIG APES to everyone! You will not be disappointed :-) And I will certainly return to Uganda again.

very efficient and friendly. I always felt I could text any time of the day
Godfrey was such a legend. He was very patient and kind and gave us a lot of information and also answered all of our questions. To me it felt like he was trying to make sure everyday was special and made sure we seen all of the animals. Mountain warriors were really easy to deal with and Gasto was superb at replying quickly on WhatsApp. There was some issue with our accommodation but Gasto didn’t worry us with this and only told us on the day that he had upgraded us for no extra charge which I felt was really nice.

Amazing safari of 5 days
We went on a 5-day safari with them and everything was spectacular. Very personalized treatment, they adapt to your needs and make everything very easy. We did a 4-day safari and on the last day they took us to visit a local village and a Masai tribe to learn about their customs in a very respectful way.
The accommodations, even though they were of average quality, were unbeatable.
The guides are very professional, they know the area very well, they explain everything to you and we were able to see many animals. They also speak Spanish.
Totally recommended!
