Do not approach this company, or anyone by the name of Seperwa Parkimalo or Victor
1/5

They are a prime example of a company who operate in the most unprofessional way.
I found them on Safari Bookings .com  Perhaps Safari . Com  should check the credentials also before allowing companies to use their platform. They were not involved in my travel plans.
Massai Boys:
You will NOT stay at any of the emailed Lodges / Campsites / Hotels mentioned in the itinerary.
I was NOT picked up at the airport as promised by email and had to ask another safari company to contact Victor at on my behalf . Eventually I was taken to my hotel.
In 5 days I stayed only once at the hotel stated on my itinerary, and it was the last night.
I was driven around at night looking for lodges to stay in with no bookings in the dark, down tracks and mostly off road destinations . It was frightening.
Food and water barely adequate on more than 1 occasion.
On the last day I was told to take a local bus to the airport knowing I would miss my connecting flight. Luckily I stood my ground and was finally taken by proper transport to the airport as in my itinerary.
Other
Victor is well known by the locals for not paying them any wages , changing itinerary and failing to follow through with his promises. My last day at Lake

THEY ARE A DISGRACE.

Please ensure if you book a Safari you are part of a group ALL doing the same route and paying for the same accommodation. Use Trip Advisor and speak to genuine travellers. There are many good operators but as usual there are many not behaving appropriately. Check you have all passes to parks included in the cost as these are expensive in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
I over heard other travellers being charged on the gate for entrance fees , clearly to their surprise as they thought entry was included. Be warned please !

Finally, when I contacted the company and  Seperwa Parkimalo he said he would reimburse some monies to my bank and he was apologetic once I had told him of my week. However , to this date I have received nothing.

Custom made, full service safaries.
5/5

You can order a safary tour from more than 1000 operators probably, but if you need full service and flexibility then Siafu Tanzania Safaris is definatly the tour operator to consider. We were a group of 5 people visiting Tanzania in December. Emmanuel met us in the airport in the middle of the night and took us to a hotel in Arusha. Next day a tour was organized in Arusha, they helped us to find the best money change places, helped us to organize local sim-cards, took us to local Maasai market, showed us international and local diners and etc. Next 3 days in different Safari parks were unforgettable, Emmanuel as a local Maasai knows all the best places and sceneries in parks and takes you also to hidden roads outside the parks to see the world that you cannot see from the road. After and unforgettable visit to local Maasai village on the last day we were taken to airport to continue our trip to Zanzibar. The tours are really custom made upon what you need, transfers, different types of hotels you can choose, safaris in different parks from Tanzania up to Serengeti. Highly recommended!

Brilliant large tick for the bucket list
5/5

We arranged our holiday through Holidays Please on line and on the phone. We dealt with Paul Seaman who advised and suggested the itinerary which was a complete success. Maasai Wanderings were our safari company based on Arusha. To say we had a great time would be under selling it. Simon who guided us was unbelievable and at the end of the trip we left him as a friend at Kilimanjaro Airport. His knowledge and uncanny knack of producing the goods was excellent. His care for us, the wildlife and others on safari was outstanding. We had no reason to contact Maasai Wanderings directly other than to commend them and their staff. The staff at Nasikia Migration camp were particularly superb. It would be remiss if me not to mention Expedito, again a friend it was hard to say goodbye to. Couldn’t recommend this business any more. Thank you Maasai Wanderings.

4/5

Good communication with Karibu in The Netherlands bad/no communication with Karibu in Kenya. Safari, guide, accomodation perfect.
Charging phones and cameras difficult, wifi hotels ok. Food ok. Guide perfect. Missing relax day in Safari Park Hotel Nairobi. Long days in car worth it. Stop with pool no warning bathing suit.

Uganda's top gorilla company
5/5

Me and my husband visited Uganda and Ruanda with Gorilla bookings agency. we never knew anyone in the country but we trusted Justus and his team by paying all quotation in-advance with credit card.
Everything went smoothly and properly arranged ahead of time. The country is amazing from country side, people are approachable, ATM available and almost every luxury hotel accepts credit card. We loved most staying at mweya safari lodge in Queen Elizabeth park and Birdnest at lake bunyonyi shores.

We will introduce you to all our friends in Europe. Danke

It was an awesome experience!
5/5

We had been planning to go for this trip for a while and this tour company was of great help. They listened to us and gave us exactly what we had wanted. Being from Kenya, they gave us an experience we will never forget. Nick picked us up on time at the designated pick up point and kept us abreast with the itinerary of the day. The vehicle was always clean with enough drinking water fro the game drives. Nick is definitely a guide i will use on other trips. Hopefully very soon!!!

We had a very nice Safari-tour with Emanuel -starten in Arusha. First day Tarangiere - it was very hot this day, we had enough water and good support. Back to Panoramacamp; next day to Manjara-park - again a nice Safari-day! Eveline in Arusha, private hotel. Next day to Moshi, evening in Hai, private house. Next das Drive to Lushoto - a Tour Guide was waiting for us and we had a nice Walk to Irente-lodge. Nice Place, but we werde the only guests there! Next das Walk with the Guide Anna through the rain-Wood — very, very nice and Special! Anna is a very nice guide! Irente Farm was a good experience! We had lunch there. Evening at Irente lodge- next das Drive to Tanga - Airport. Emanuel Never has been there, but we found it! Very small plane to Sansibar! Everything was good and in time - Sansibar was nice, but very hot. Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful time in Tansania! See you again in 2-3 years!
