We have recently done this safari and it really has been an outstanding experience.
We were unlucky at first because two times the tour was cancelled due to unfavourable weather but in the end we made it, thanks also to the extraordinary flexibility and friendliness of the operator.
The communication with Mansoor from African Pangolin Safaris was very friendly and open. Due to unfavourable weather circumstances, the communication was very intense and at all times the operator was responsive, reliable and forthcoming. I can really fully confirm that we were provided an outstanding service.
We chose African Pangolin Safaris in the first place for its good reviews and their rates which were competitive compared to other offerings. The service was top-notch and can only recommend them!

We are grateful to Sunworld Safaris for our most recent trip to Kenya. It was not our first time travelling with Sunworld Safaris and surely it won’t be the last time. They created a fantastic 14-day-programm for our trip to Kenya, and it was outstanding as always.
We visited Soroi Mara Bush Camp, Soroi Larsens Camp, Soroi Lions Bluff Lodge and the beautiful Diani Beach. We truly had an amazing time. If you want to discover Kenya in all its beauty and diversity with professionals leading the way, then Sunworld Safaris is most definitely the best and most experienced tour operator that we can recommend.
The camps and lodges selected were outstanding, their guides are experienced, reliable, trustworthy and professional in every aspect. As they own a fleet of four wheel vehicles (none older than three years) they run excellent road transportation all over the country.
What we particularly appreciated were the attention to detail like the re-usable water bottles, offered to us as a take home souvenir. Sunworld Safaris in general does a lot for sustainibility, they are committed to working with local communities in their excursions and otherwise and in turn educate in conserving the environment and aim to protect the existing parks & wildlife. During the difficult period of Corona in April 2020, they founded the Community & Wildlife Conservation (community-wildlife.org), a NGO that is dedicated to community development and conservation of protected areas. We were impressed with this mindset of giving back.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Sunworld Safaris in every way and would choose them any time again for my future travels.

Great experience
I took a private tour. I had a wonderful safari experience thanks to my guide, David. David was kind, hospitable, and did a good job in the Masai Mara. He was flexible to my sudden requests.
The hotel I stayed at in Masai Mara was different from the quote, which made me nervous at first, but it turned out to be much nicer and I appreciated the change.
I will be back in a few years with my family.

Good choice, nice guy, with whom I would do it again anytime.
Deo is a nice guy with whom everything was easy. When there was a problem, he resolved the situation to our satisfaction. We were glad that we completed the safari with him. If I went again, I would turn to him again. I can recommend.

The best part of the tour operator was its guide Jimmy
- Jimmy our tour guide was excellent, patient and kind. Made the trip worthwhile. Always made every effort for us to get the most of the trip and seeing the animals up close in every given opportunity. Patiently attended to every request. Also, excellent driver. We saw other vans running up to issues and we did not had one. Jimmy always helped every one who needed.
- The tour operator was overall ok, but some things could have been better.
- Responses to emails was quick but sometimes did not answer to everything
- We were told that we could either pay by cash, or by a link provided that had a 3.5% bank commission fee or bank transfer with a 20 USD bank commission fee. We chose the latter, but when in Nairobi, at the office to proceed to the payment, the guy kept trying to negotiate a "bank fee" ranging from 3-5% over the price of the safari. We denied and managed to just pay the safari price, proving that there was indeed no bank commission fee.
- Accomodation was good, some more basic then others but overall good. Specially enjoyed Amboseli Manjaro Tented - lots of contact with nature.
Overall, great trip! If you are thinking about this operator highly recommend Jimmy as the guide
