Fantastic trip
5/5

GATATU Safari was very professional and kind . Ready to solve immediately all the problem that can occur when you travel in country like Uganda , still not perfectly turistized . All the accommodation were excellent (o obviously in relation what the place can offer), in particular Lake Bunyonyi was an amazing place with stunning views on the lake . Of course Gorilla experience was fantastic even if very hard ( you must be really in a god shape to walk on steep and steep slopes for five/six hours but ...... view the Gorilla repays you abundantly the efforts

Perfect Safari trip
5/5

My wife and I just came back from the 7 day safari trip including Tarangire , Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and lake Natron with our guild/driver Salim and cook Halidi. It was a wonderful trip. Mr. Salim is very professional and passionate about his job, with his guidance, we were able to see all of the big 5 in the single trip and of course a lot of other precious moments. Salim was very knowledgeable about the animals, plants, and local eco-system, we do learn a lot through the trip. The accommodation was good, the tent was pretty large (I would say luxury as compared with the tent we had on Kilimanjaro trekking). The food was good also, we still miss Mr Halidi's fried chicken.
Overall, well organized trip with good service.

Derrick was extremely proficient and knowledge about our trip and was very helpful.
5/5

As my dad organised the bulk of the trip, his review is more relevant.

We had a wonderful safari!!!!!!
5/5

My 7years old son and just travelled to Tanzania for wildlife safari with SG Tanzania Safaris, Our driver Cosmas was super, he went super extra
length to find the rare animals and we saw multiple leopards.
Accomodation was great we really have nothing bad to say, when we return to this country we wil absolutely not choose any one else.

About: Kenya
It's probably the best I could hope for as a tour. I enjoyed it and thought it was well worth it.

Kenya is a beautiful, geographically varied country. It was much more easy-going and hassle-free than I was originally expecting. Visiting Kenya was a great experience!

An enjoyable Experience
5/5

I had 2 nights Safari with my family ( 2 big boys ) we enjoyed the ride front Johannsberg with Tom who was very welcoming person and the Safari ride went amazing with our Tour guide and driver Michael.
We were unlucky because of the weather as it was too cold so we were able to see only 3 out of the BIG 5.
I hope next time, that we will be more lucky

Good trip
4/5

The schedule was perfect, the driver very kind and aware of your well being until the last time. The lodge was very big, clean, luxious, just a little poor wifi in my room. The breakfast and diner nice and all the people over there were interesting, very kind and fun. The kruger park is nice but don't expect to see each animal if they don't want to be see.I didn't regret the panorama tour, it's worth the price to see the Blyde canyon. That's right you can do it by yourself but it's nice also to have everything taken care of, and talk with local people who can explain you a lot of things.

Reliable budget operator on Mt Kilimanjaro
5/5

We experienced Snowcap as a reliable Kilimanjaro operator eager to ensure a good experience for us even for a very good price.
Email communication upfront was a little challenging, but worked out. We would recommend calling them as an alternative.

Arriving in Moshi and during the trek we experienced Snowcap as very reliable and responsible. We trekked with two of their regular guides, and experienced both as very keen to make it to the top with us, but also very aware of ours and the staffs' safety along the way as well as following park rules etc.

We received good and plenty food, and where supported by extremely happy, helpful, and reliable staff.

We found Snowcap to offer cheaper tours than other companies, but to us this did not seem to be reflected in quality of guides, staff, or gear. The gear was older than average on the mountain, but fully functional.

We trekked the Lemosho route in July/August 2018, 4 people. 3 made it to the top, the 4th was send down with suspected altitude sickness before the summit attempt.

We would at all times recommend Snowcap as a reliable and safe budget alternative to more expensive Kilimanjaro operators.

If you want more of an impression feel free to read our blogpost about our trek here: https://shoestringnature.dk/2018/08/04/climbing-mount-kilimanjaro/

Excellent Service at a Good Price
5/5

We went on 7 days Safari to Masai with KET. Paul and Guide Patrick were very helpful. Had a wonderful experience.
All accomodations and arrangements were very good. Would certainly recommend them. They customize the tour; but make sure you communicate and get the prices from Paul. No non-sense, excellent tour. Will certainly do it again with them. Thanks again KET.

Amazing safari – Strongest recommendation I have ever made
5/5

Travelling with Suricata was a great experience. Our guide Frederic was very knowledgeable about the all wildlife and had great vision both in terms of spotting the animals but also anticipating what would happen next which meant that we were often positioned very well compared to other safari cars. Frederic was also very patient (really important if you want to get close to the hunts and big cats in general). He also showed great respect for the animals, nature and other tourists which was a really big upside for us as well. Sadly we didn’t see this behavior from some of the larger companies offering the safaris. (This behavior from other companies only happened a couple of times).
On safaris you often have your own driver and cook so personal chemistry is probably quite important. Frederic and our cook (DeeVeeDee) were great company! Really funny guys and very attentive to our needs. The same has to be said about the office manager, Hilary, who picked up our delayed luggage and drove all the way to the National Park. They were also great in terms of customer service in general showing up 10 minutes after we had arrived at the hotel to make sure that everything was in order – e.g. food allergies, airport drop off, delayed luggage, safari program etc.

We strongly recommend having your safari with Suricata. You will love it!
