Very responsive during booking and very professional during the safari.

Our 8 day safari with Abu was fantastic. We cannot rave enough about our guide, Abu, who was skilled and professional. The administrative team was clear and responsive.

No Worries with this Safari Tour
5/5

Communications with EAS was always prompt, respectful and helpful. Online payment easy and we didn't have to pay 100% way ahead of time.
Our Driver/Tour Guide Elias was excellent-- his driving, communication and multi-language skills, and naturalist knowledge! He knew so much about the wildlife and even bird identification for my birder husband. He tailored our pace, breaks, lunch stops, etc. based on our desires, trying to provide the best experience for each of the 4 of us. When a closed border crossing or rain created some schedule delays (missed activities on a certain day), he adjusted and found ways to make sure that we got to still do all those activities on our itinerary before we left Uganda. He was attentive to stopping frequently for photos that we wanted, and was the first of many game drive vehicles to find a leopard. The Kazinga Channel cruise was one of the best "safari" experiences we ever had-- so close to so many elephants, hippos and other animals. Our gorilla-trek and chimpanzee-trek were highlights for sure, but the other wildlife-related activities and village visit were great. The lodgings selected were all superb. We were also happy to always have an ample supply of bottled water, and meals were all very good.
The only thing that I would have liked more would have been if the tour guide talked more about Uganda, like during our highway drives, about Uganda's history, current government, politics, religions, traditions & beliefs, cultures, lifestyles. He answered questions, but I prefer a Guide who disseminates as much information as possible to us USA tourists who arrive knowing nothing about Uganda or its people.

An unbelievable cultural experience, breathtaking vistas, and magnificent wildlife!
5/5

We loved our experience with Nature Connect Safaris Uganda! Our guide was Francis. He made us feel welcome and safe, and could not have been nicer.

The food and accommodation were beyond our expectations but what really made the trip was our guide.
Francis went above and beyond at all times to make our trip spectacular. He was knowledgeable about wildlife and gave us a local’s perspective of the country.

The pure beauty of Uganda was breathtaking, from the power of Murchison Falls, to the ruins of Pakuba. What really made it an unbelievable experience was the friendship, warmth and generosity of the Ugandan people. We highly recommend this company. Ask for Francis, he’s more than just a guide, he’s a wonderful ambassador for Uganda.

FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT BOOK
1/5

James was very charming and, even up to a few weeks before we departed he accepted extra money from me for an additional safari day. While we were on the runway in Cairo, on the way to Nairobi, I got an email saying the safari was off. We had to book a new safari, with a day's notice (Amazing Memories - highly recommend them and Tony, our guide) at the cost of another USD7500. James from Alliance Destinations owes us USD7000 and, despite promises to refund the money, we haven't heard a thing and not a penny has been refunded. Disgusting behaviour and we could not be more disappointed with James and this company. Of course, they'll reappear under another name so be cautious when dealing with any James at a safari company in Africa. Make sure it's not the same one.

Wonderful !!!
5/5

Everything was perfect !

We've seen wonderful places, we saw all the animals that we came here for, all the lodges were very good and comfortable, all the people were so nice, very helpful, always smiling... They really make you feel at home !
And of course Bashir, our guide, was the best ! He was always very kind with us, always making some jokes, he taught us a lot about the country and we're still in contact with him so it's a really beautiful meeting that we've made.

Thanks to Tanzania and thanks to Lion King Adventures !!!

Asante Sana !!!

Best African Safari
5/5

From start to finish Edward of KWESA was very professional and accommodating to get our desired locations, accommodations and dates. He is very passionate about safaris and wealth of understanding on how to satisfy clients’ needs. The 3 of us (Edward, my husband and I) worked together to creating a perfect safari with just the right activities for adventurous romantic vacation. The 6 days of Safari with tour guide Vincent in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro were perfect. We had front row seats to animal action in the greatest animal conservation parks with a first class commentator who described each and every interesting sighting in detail. The 2 parks in the wilderness accentuated the whole safari experience with their great locations, excellent service and care by staff.
We will definitely go with KWESA when we return to Tanzania for another memorable safari.

Fantastic Day Trip to Amboseli
5/5

Everything from the pick-up, the drive to the park and the safari was very well planned, cost of the trip is also very reasonable. The team had also shared insights before-hand & all I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. Most times the logistics are a nightmare people don't want to deal with & *Ease My Safari* got that all covered for me.
Our driver was a well of information he answered questions, shared details & fun facts as we drove through the park. The organizers on the team were friendly and fun to hang around. I had an amazing day & i would definitely recommend the company check out their website for upcoming trips and sign up!

It was one of the best experiences of my life
5/5

Everything with the agency went good. They took us from our hotel and then they guided us around the safari parks. Our guide was super good, kind, available for any information, he gave us some suggestions abour our stay in Kenya and he made our safari tour amazing! the agency booked some stunning hotel/tended camp. At the end, they took us directly to our hotel to the coast. It was everything extremely organised!!

We were so happy to choose Sino Africa Safari!
5/5

Sino Africa was not our first choice! We decide to go with them because of the way they communicated with us, promptly and straight forward. Indeed, we were right! They are professional, and they arranged a good driver for us! Accommodation was very luxury, we love Fairmont camp. The experience was really good, we are next to Mara River. I want to say to Sino Africa Safari that you are very much professional, the way you care is much beyond of other tour companies. We will visit Africa next time with you, because I don’t have to worry much!

Experienced flood in Kenya and unique safari experience
5/5

First of all, we appreciate Sino Africa Safari to help us making the arrangement of our safari! When we had flood around 2am in Masai Mara, we called them, and they responded quickly. Contacted hotel and helped us to relocate to a safer location. On the second day, Chinese Embassy called us to make sure we were okay. It was our first time to receive a call from our government while travelling,  we felt everybody were caring about us! Director Mr Le met us when we came back by domestic plane, took us around the city and became our guide on that day! It was really unique safari experience and we were very happy about their reaction when we got emergency, and effort they did to comfort us! Thank you Sino Africa Safari, everyone will travel safe with you!
