We had Jony as our tour operator and he amazing he would tell us what animal we were looking at
5/5

I would recommend asking for a 4x4 (not a van) and also ask for Jony. They were great they responded very fast.

Great guy!
5/5

Johny was an amazing tour guide, he went above and beyond to accommodate my son and I. Though he has been on 100s of safaris he still showed excitement when we spotted any animal, he was also very respectful of the animals, their surroundings & alert. Johny was ALWAYS on time for picks and drop offs & knew the Mara like the back of his hand. My son loved him. Helen from Jocky tours was very prompt with her responses through email and WhatsApp and whatever information they had given to me were exactly like they said they were going to be like. I would definitely book with them again and recommend them to friends and family. Ps: If you are debating between a 4x4 or a mini van pick the 4x4! Best decision ever.

Great experience with a great tour guide!
5/5

This was my first trip to Africa and I wanted to go on safari...after much research, we decided on Jocky Tours. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions in a reasonable time frame given the time differences.
On day #1, we were picked up from the hotel and taken to the office where we met our guide Johny and our 4 travel mates for the next 4 days - Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha & Lake Nakuru.
Johny was so friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our endless questions. He was always able to get us to where we needed to be quickly and get us in the best positions to see the animals. Johny also made sure our 4x4 didn't get stuck even after the heavy rains.
Although we only saw 4 out of 5 of the Big 5, we saw sooo many more animals including all of the ugly 5.
If you are looking for a tour company, consider Jocky Tours and ask for Johny!
PS...go with a 4x4!

Big 5 guaranteed
5/5

Overall, the experience was amazing. Our guide Emmanuel (Manu) has the sight of an eagle to spot most of the animals including Rhino, Lions, Hyenas. Pick and Drop was on time. The overnight accommodation was really good for budget friendly people. Our guide had great knowledge about the jungle and animals.

A must recommended!

Fantastic
5/5

Just to say that it has been the trip of my life, it has been fantastic, Deo and William have been great, we have felt very comfortable, they have done everything possible to make the trip great, always attentive to what we needed, I told him to Deo that my priority was to see cheetahs and he did everything possible to make it so... and I saw and was able to enjoy them beautifully... the Serengeti is known perfectly, we have seen countless animals, we have enjoyed it very much, everything went well , accommodation, food, car... It was also the company that gave me a better budget adjusted to what we wanted and making the most of it, but always with what was agreed. They have been wonderful days, eternally grateful. I encourage you all to travel with them, you won't regret it!!

We had an amazing time on this safari. We were able to see a lot of animals thanks to the guide.
The lodges were very spacious and comfortable with a magnificent view of the savannah.
Thanks to Mary for organizing this stay and to Samwel for her patience and her ability to find the animals.

Quick to reply to my questions, Very Helpful team.

We recently embarked on a breathtaking 10-day Kenya lodge safari that encompassed some of the country's most iconic destinations, including Amboseli National Park, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and the majestic Masai Mara. Led by an expert guide and surrounded by the comfort of luxurious lodges, this safari exceeded all expectations, offering an unforgettable blend of wildlife encounters, stunning landscapes, and immersive cultural experiences.
Our journey began with a visit to Amboseli National Park, where the awe-inspiring sight of Mount Kilimanjaro greeted us at every turn. Against this majestic backdrop, we witnessed herds of elephants roaming freely across the vast savannah, their silhouettes etched against the golden horizon during captivating sunset game drives.
Next, we ventured to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a haven for endangered species and home to the last two northern white rhinos on Earth. Our encounters with these magnificent creatures, along with sightings of lions, giraffes, and zebras, underscored the conservancy's commitment to conservation and preservation of Kenya's precious wildlife heritage.
Our safari continued to Lake Nakuru, where the shores teemed with a kaleidoscope of pink as thousands of flamingos painted the landscape. Amidst this avian spectacle, we were fortunate to spot both black and white rhinos, testament to the conservation efforts that have made this park a sanctuary for endangered species.

Lake Naivasha offered a tranquil interlude, where we embarked on boat safaris to explore its serene waters and lush surroundings. Encounters with hippos, giraffes, and a myriad of bird species provided a refreshing perspective on Kenya's diverse ecosystems.
The highlight of our journey undoubtedly awaited us in the Masai Mara, where the timeless drama of the African wilderness unfolded before our eyes. From the heart-stopping sight of a leopard lounging in the branches to the thundering hooves of wildebeest during the Great Migration, every moment in the Mara was filled with wonder and excitement.
Throughout our safari, our guide, Zack, proved to be an invaluable source of knowledge, passion, and expertise. His keen eye for spotting wildlife, coupled with his insightful commentary on Kenya's natural and cultural heritage, enriched our experience immeasurably. Zack's warmth, professionalism, and genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment exemplified the highest standards of hospitality.

In conclusion, the 10-day Kenya lodge safari was a journey of discovery, adventure, and profound connection with the splendor of the African wilderness. From the snow-capped peaks of Kilimanjaro to the untamed beauty of the Masai Mara, each destination offered its own unique allure, leaving an indelible impression on our hearts and minds. For anyone seeking an authentic safari experience that transcends mere observation to become a true immersion in nature's grandeur, I wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary journey through Kenya's most iconic landscapes. Thanks Exciting Africa Holidays Office team too.
