A reliable tour operator that delivers exceptional experiences with attention to every detail.
5/5

Every element of our trip was carefully coordinated: accommodations were exactly as described, transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the itinerary was perfectly paced. There were no unpleasant surprises, no last-minute scrambles—just smooth, well-organized travel that allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our experience.

The team also demonstrated deep knowledge of the destinations and provided invaluable insights that enriched our journey. When we had questions or needed adjustments, they responded quickly and professionally, always finding solutions that worked for us. This level of reliability is rare and truly appreciated.

The value for money was excellent. We received high-quality services at fair prices, with complete transparency about costs from the beginning. No hidden fees, no pressure for unnecessary upgrades—just honest, straightforward business practices.

They have gotten themselves a loyal customer for future travels and i highly recommend them.

We’re so happy that we chose Serengeti African Tours. Our driver Peter was first to spot alot of the wild animals and had so much knowledge about them. He made the game drives and the campsites very fun. Our chef Richard made delicious food! Our group was fun to hang around with. All in all a 10/10 experience!

In September 2025 my wife and I did the Private 5-day Northern Tanzania Finest Safari and it was great! Special thanks to Fif Tours and Travel and to Johnson, our guide, for an unforgettable safari experience.

Very professional; quick to respond. The trip itself was fantastic. The lodging and the game drives were great. Guide was great; he anticipated where hard-to-find animals would show up. Lodge staff were very friendly. Food was great.

The Golden Rwanda Safaris is an excellent tour operator. Their guides were very proficient in English who value guest service above all and a value for money experience.

Incredible Experience!
4/5

Having traveled all over the world, this trip ranks towards the top of our list for experiences. Booking was somewhat easy, although making payment(s) was a little tricky. Upon arrival, we were met at the airport exactly as planned, and rode for approximately 90 minutes to our hotel. The hotel itself was good, although it was not the usual 'premium' hotel that they normally use. In the morning, we met our guide (Gasper) who packed our bags into the safari vehicle, and then he offered to stop at a grocery store for snacks, since we would be on the road for several hours.

This safari package is different from the ones being offered in the South Africa region. We literally spent hours and hours in the vehicle, driving from one lodge to another, as we traversed the massive Serengetti region. Gasper was absolutely awesome! He afforded us SO many opportunities to see animals, everywhere we wen - and he went well above and beyond, every single day.

We were two couples in decent shape, yet we were always glad to be out of the vehicle at the end of each day. You will want to be prepared for long, dusty, and bumpy rides for the entire time. (We were there 7-8 days). You will have an opportunity to meet some very nice folks at each lodge - they are wonderful. Unfortunately, the busy itinerary does not allow enough time to really get to know them. However, the minimal amount of time spent with them (during meal time), is really enjoyable.

Pros:
* Abundant wildlife sightings
* Plenty of photo opportunities
* Great guide

Cons:
* Roads are super rough, and incredibly dusty (no fault of KASC)
* Safari vehicle is loud, rattles, no reclining seats (like others had) and windows did not fully open (Could use some maintenance)
*An error was made regarding an overnight lodge, so we were 'upgraded' to another lodge - which was substantially worse than the one that we had already booked. This was hard to understand, since we had our full itinerary months in advance.

Suggestions:
* Bring a buff/facemask to combat the dusty roads. This helps with the dust that seeps into the safari vehicle
* Quality binoculars are a must
* Consider bringing some school supplies to donate to a local school - such a rewarding experience!
* Add an additional night in Arusha upon arrival. It was nice to relax and catch up, after a very long flight.
