Unforgettable Safari in my life time
I had an amazing camping Safari！
When I choose a safari company from so many companies, it was very difficult for me.
In Japan, we have few reliable imformation.
Then, I found a book written by Ms.Takeda named "marumaru safari" and"ilmaasai" was recommended in that book.
I checked the company with TATO, safaribookings etc, and I convinced it is a trustworthy company.
I booked 7days group joining camping Safari by one person, and "ilmaasai" arranged according to the request schedule perfectly. Managing director Loth is very gentle, reliable person, and he was very kind to me in Tanzania.
On the safari tour, guiding, driving, cooking, and camping etc. were perfect.
I saw more things than I wanted to see.
Safari was as impressive as I went to Jurassic Park, and I was so excited.
I hope more Japanese will go to Tanzania and enjoy amazing safari with ilmaasai.

Wonderful safari experience exceeded our expectations in all ways.
Ten family members ranging in ages from 6 to 75 years experienced a 9-day safari with Duma Explorer. We traveled in 2 vehicles with two wonderful guides, Isack and Alex, going to parks in Kilimanjaro, Arusha, Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. The wildlife we saw was amazing. We saw every animal on our list of "things to see" including lion, cheetah, leopard, elephants, zebras, buffalo, rhino, hippo, wildebeest and much more. Isack and Alex were both knowledgeable and provided us with lots of information about the country, the countryside, the flora and fauna. The lodges and tent camps where we slept were way above my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and food. I was shocked that we had wifi reception in every accommodation. We especially liked Kiota Camp, which is owned by Duma Explorer, where we stayed for 2 nights. The tents were comfortable, luxurious and spacious with a bathroom featuring stone sinks and beautiful wood trimming. The hot water for showers was "on demand", provided by the staff who filled the bags on top of the tent with hot water when we requested it. Duma Explorer was great at meeting the needs of our diverse group. Our trip included 4 walking safaris/hikes and there were options for the oldest or youngest if they chose not to participate in these more active days. As it turned out, everyone participated in everything except for one hike down (and back up) about 1800 feet to the floor of Empaki Crater. When I got home, I made a list of birds and animals that we'd seen and realized that if you're a birder, you should not miss Tarangire National Park, where we saw about half of the almost 100 species of birds that we identified. This was our first safari and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. It was certainly the trip of a lifetime (and we have traveled a lot in North America, South America, Europe, and New Zealand). I highly recommend using Duma Explorer if you are considering a safari in Tanzania.

It was a good luck for me to deal with magical .very kind &v. profishional. Driver was clever.
Services was too good. Hotels & camps was very luxury & clean . Pepole there are v.nice. food is perfect. Safari in massay mara was attractive & unbelievable.

Prices seemed to be reasonable and they were reliable and staff was very nice.

I went on a 12 day safari Kenya and Tanzania. Anne was very helpful in planning our trip. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and knew where to find the animals. Very good value for your money.

They listened carefully to our wishlist resulting in very good activities/accommodations.
Fika made a very good effort in meeting our specific requests, which varied from simple to luxury, activities, relaxing days and accommodation. This allowed us to experience Kenya and not just only safaris. Fika monitored the progress of our tour carefully/closely (by contacting the driver/guide on a daily basis). Everything was organized in great detail; we did not need to worry about anything. We recommend Fika to everybody who is interested in Kenya.

We enjoyed almost everything the experience was beyond our expectation and we must say thank you for organizing such a wonderful Safari to Serengeti after our 8 days Kilimanjaro trekking. The trip to Zanzibar was of relaxing and we shall comeback with more friends to enjoy the white sand beaches and the stone-town and of-course the spices. We send our thoughtful thanks to all the office staff, the guides, cooks porters and everyone who made our trip to be successful and unforgettable. The accommodation perfect and food was delicious. Friendly and very helpful team. The safari vehicles are excellent and very comfortable seats. The driver guides have good knowledge of the wildlife and the environment. Amazing experience !! We are very happy we chose Kili Serengeti Guides.
We decided to book only a few days before the safari and Emman offered us options that suited our needs and our student budget! The communication with the staff is very good and easy, the always reply within an hour. They picked us up at JRO airport on our arrival and were very welcoming and helpful! From day one until the end, they adapted to our needs!
Our guide, Mike, was truly professional and fun. We enjoyed being with him a lot because he knew the place very well, gave us interesting information about geological, geographical and biological aspects of the parks we visited.
Thanks to John, the food was amazing and made us feel at home and the drinks very good, thanks to Gordon's.
We would definitely recommend this company for a great and authentic safari experience, they had our needs at heart the entire time and we really appreciated that !
