Efficient and organized planning!
UBON Safari made my trip throughout Africa successful and easy to manage. I have never been to Africa before and wanted to go to a few countries on this trip (Tanzania, Madagascar, and South Africa). I did not know what the best way to go about planning and navigating through these countries. UBON Safari helped make the entire trip successful from landing to take off. The entire time I was taken care off with transportation that was arranged in all aspects of the trip. I felt that I had no hassle or difficulty traveling to these places. I could not have done it without them.
They were so personable with every part of the trip. UBON Safari made sure to constantly check in and assure that I was happy with all aspects of the trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Africa.

Great safari at a great price
The gane drives on the Maasai Mara in Kenya were amazing. Accomodations were basic thiugh sufficient. It was a budget safari after all.
Joseph was a great guide and expert2 at finding wildlife.
All in all had a lot of fun.

Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by Linda Chen
really great place. but we got stuck in the mud twice a day, and the rescue was slow and inefficient.

Review about Lake Bogoria National Reserve by Linda Chen
We chose Lake Bogoria instead of Nakuru for the flamingo, but there weren't many in this time of year, much less than that in Amboseli.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Linda Chen
There weren't as many animal species in Amboseli as that in Masai Mara, but we took many wonderful pictures of elephants with snow-covered-Kilimanjaro. And there were more birds, beautiful.

Exciting, Safe, and Professional
The winter weather was ideal with pleasant temperatures. Our guides made every effort to enable us to see the animals that we wanted to see. It was not crowded in the vehicle. The lodge was friendly and comfortable and the food was delicious.

OurNorthern Tanzania Luxury Lodge Safari booked by Beatus at Donak Safaris was excellent
We have just returned from an amazing safari with Donak Safaris starting with our first night in Arusha, 1 night in Tarangire, 1 night in Lake Manyara, 2 nights in Serengeti and 1 night Ngorongoro. Our guide Yusuph was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable with a knack of finding the best places to view the Big 5 and we saw them all. We received a welcome note from Yusuph a couple of days before we traveled which was a nice personal touch. Every destination had its high lights and we wouldn't have changed a thing, except not finding the Tree Climbing Lions in Lake Manyara, but they are wild animals and we know they don't 'appear to order' !. I had always wanted to see the sunrise over the Serengeti, I saw it twice and I wasn't disappointed. The biggest surprise was Ngorongoro we entered the crater as the sun began to rise, it was a magical experience and we saw many more animals than we expected including hippos walking from one waterhole to another a sight you do not see very often. We traveled with our 27 year old daughter and have all been on safaris in other countries before but our experience with Donak did not disappoint, the planning was excellent and not a minute of our holiday was wasted.
We were all impressed with the excellent toilet facilities provided at the picnic areas in all the parks we visited.
Staff at all the lodges we stayed in were very welcoming and helpful.

Fabulous trip to Kenya
The safari was great, thanks to "Right Choice Tours and safaris" and our guide Jacob.
We took 3 nights in Masai Mara, 1 night in Lake Bogoria, and 2 nights in Amboseli.
Masai Mara was the best part. Jacob led us to the leopard, cheetah, elephant, and lion in just one morning! Everyone was saying that we were so lucky to see the leopard as it was quite rare nowadays. He was trying to lead us to the rhino in that particular afternoon but got stuck in the mud (unfortunately we were travelling in minivan), twice, which caused us altogether 10 hours staying in the car. The rescue was slow and inefficient. We finally reached our lodge around 2:50 am. And we finally lost our chance to see any rhino. But we were trying to be not so disappointed, afterall we observed any other animals, and they deserved our appreciation. Pity that we didn't see the great migration; the local people said it would most probably happen around late August this year.
We chose Lake Bogoria instead of Nakuru for the flamingo, but there weren't many in this time of year, much less than that in Amboseli. And as we missed Nakuru, we also missed the opportunity to see rhinos, so it was a pity for us for this Kenya trip.
There weren't as many animal species in Amboseli as that in Masai Mara, but we took many wonderful pictures of elephants with snow-covered-Kilimanjaro. And there were more birds, beautiful.
Overall, it was really a great experience. Many thanks to George, the owner of Right Choice Tours and safaris, who gave us satisfying service. And many thanks to Jacob, our guide, again, for the best service and accompany. Next time we’ll try to ask for Jacob’s advice before we go there, in order to have a better arrangement of the tour, and to get to the right place in their best season.

Great 3 day safari!
A group of 4 friends and I went on a safari with Antony in the Masaai Mara and it was great. He was very attentive to our needs, and generally great to be around. He explained things in detail when we asked, and otherwise let us have our own time and work with our schedules and preferences. He was a lot of fun to chat with.
He's also a hard worker, and despite the low season when we went, Antony went out of his way to ensure we would see as much as possible. He is very respectful of the environment but still managed to get us to see all the Big Five and many other rarities.
Antony was also a phenomenal driver. The conditions were not great (very muddy), but we always felt safe and he took the necessary precautions to stay where it was safe.
He was a pleasure of a guide and I recommend him greatly.
