Profesional, friendy - great experience
We booked a 5 day Safari trip by Viva Safaris. Picked up and dropped at the airport. The restaurant, selected for the midway stop was great - kudos for that.
The rooms were small but OK, all what you need in such action packed days :)
My personal favourite was the pool!
The drives were great, special shoutout to Mark (full of knowledge, friendly, answering all the details,..He also came out of his way to make sure all is going well with us during his off hours) and KG (funny, lots of local knowledge, dedicated,..). We saw all the animals we could possibly want to see during our time in the Greater Kruger Area - the cheetah spotting by KG was a thing of a real expert!
The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful - when a member of our group forgot her mobile phone in the Land Rover the hostess/manager jumped on the case immidiately and made sure the situation will be resolved.
Special thanks to Mama Bella for great food, kindness and a lot of "can i have one more please"! :)

A great team and organization!
We went on a 4-day safari in January -February 2024, visited 3 national parks - Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro. The organization was excellent, the food delicious, everything worked well , we saw a lot of animals and nature. The unplanned visit to the Masai village was a memorable, unique experience, recommended! Special thanks to Ene for the first day's Arusha tour, a lot of information and good advice, it was a very nice day. I highly recommend Siafu Tanzania Safari, great team and organization!

Incredible service
We went on a 8-days Kilimanjaro hike (shortened to 7 days) followed by 3 safari days. The service that mountain warriors offered was exceptional and we felt taken good care of both on the mountain and the safari. Rosemary was always available if we had any question and she briefed us very well before going on our tours. Would recommend Mountains Warriors for everybody who wants to experience Tanzania

Excellent service which goes beyond the normal expectations of personalization
Prior to diving into the details, I would like to thank Craig and Bianca for the great experience. Beyond the sites and activities, I must mention that Bianca was so instrumental in ensuring my wife's birthday was memorable. It takes a special, caring individual such as Bianca to ensure that we were able to obtain a beautiful, delicious (only got better later - trust me!) gluten free cake to celebrate my wife's birthday, during which of course, based on the amount of time we had spent conducting activities together, was only fit you were a part of. Thank you for not only assisting me with ordering and selecting the right cake but retrieving it from the baker and "surprising" my wife in the hotel lobby. She loved it!
Specific to the tour services, it was tailored to us completely. My wife and I are "on-the-go" folks, who hike, SCUBA dive, surf, and love to drink coffee. Regardless of the time constraint challenge in their hands, Craig and Bianca ensured they could accommodate every single activity we wanted - including an overnight stay at Inverdoorn Game Reserve, paragliding off Signal Hill, shark cage diving, hiking to/on Table Mountain, and a light buzz for my wife and me on a wine tasting (that was an unexpectedly fun time)! Plus, luckily enough for us, we got to drink some awesome South African coffee in a couple of spots, which included a small Cuban café across from our hotel.
Hence, what can I say, but thank you again for treating us like "long-time" friends, and for ensuring my wife's birthday and the whole visit was just outstanding!

7-Day Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru via Masai Mara and Mombasa
Soon after getting Covid jabs, we decided to go to Africa. We did 2 days at Lake Naivasha, 2 days at Lake Nakuru plus Masai Mara, then we ended up with 3 days at the coast. This was one hell of a kind but everything went on just smoothly. My credit mostly goes to the manager Brenda, she really went out of her way to give us the experience we all deserved, I can’t recall the number of times we kept calling her but she was always ready to assist. The guides too were fantastic, coming from America straight to the Savanna can be a challenge, but the guides were courteous, and friendly, showing us around and making sure we came safely close to the animals. The birds at Lake Naivasha were the it thing for me, winding up to a luxurious hotel in Diani was the icing on the cake. Great meals and accommodation at reasonable prices. I will always recommend ThinkScene Safaris for those looking for adventure in Africa.

We booked 7 days tour, includes two nights staying at Victoria Falls, visiting falls from Zimbabwe side with a guide, going to Zambezi Sunset cruise, visiting Chobe NP in Botswana for two days and Hwange NP for one day. Two days are only for transfering between tour points.

Excellent experience
Martin as our guide and driver was absolutely amazing, he arranged everything and he was open to any questions by what we learnt so much about your country. Gorilla trek guide was very nice, explaned everything, answered our questions. He was also very experienced with gorilla treking, so we found gorillas after one hour and half. Experience was amazing, guides made us feel safe and we have amazing memories.

Very good, friendly and welcoming.
Our guide was Fessal Moh'd, a very friendly person, he made us feel welcome from the start, giving us al the information really clearly and showed us just a bit extra that made it that more interesting.
We are determined to ask Fessal to gide us again next year.
