Great Sambia tour, top organisation, well planned
5/5

Ute from Roho Ya Chui organized a trip for my father and me to Zambia. This included all transfers in Zambia and the accomodations - which all turned out great. Communications with Ute were always were fast, friendly and professional. She took care of all our wishes, and we had a wonderful trip. We had a nice Lodge in Lower Zambesi (Kanyemba) and the probably best camp in South Luangwa (Flatdogs) - both with very good and professional guides. As for transfers we did road transfer by car, 20 passengers flight by plane (ProFlight) and 2 passenger flight in a tiny plane - and were kept very safe in all of them.
For my next trip i will contact Ute again and recommend Roho Ya Chui to everyone who would like to visit there as well.

Jadi safaris communication and services were per excellence. the Safari experience itself lived to my expectation. In line with their mantra, 'untamed African expedition' , the operator a truly amazing safari in Kenya and Tanzania. what made the safari stand out to me was the unique itinerary offered that allowed us to view the best of East Africa's and natural wild habitats and to spend splendid nights in world class accommodation. this coupled with unrivaled service from the friendly and helpful professionals from the operator made my experience per excellence. with the tour operator offering a wide and exciting variety of travel options that splendid tented camps in all the prime game viewing sites we visited and up close and candid interaction with wildlife and the people, this will be be my first and only safari travel operator.Thank you Jadi Safaris for making my romantic African Expedition safari truly romantic. Je vous remercie

Driver, guide and cook were excellent. ATC cut our guide loose 2 days early and the trip fell apart.

What started out as the trip of a lifetime ended in frustration. Our safe wasn't emptied and car keys were left behind. No big deal right? Drop them in snail mail and take care of your customer who spent thousands on the trip. Months went by and finally a rude email arrived saying that they wouldn't send me my keys. Such a small gesture left a really bad taste in my mouth. Once they get your money, they're done with you.

We loved the wildlife but were less impressed with the other catagories. We also realize it was merely a preference on our part.

The animals that are inside the park are incredible, it is possible to see a very large number of different animals, it was my first visit to a Safari and I was amazed by all that I can see.

About: Botswana
Wonderful wilderness/wildlife experience in Chobe National Park.
Overall rating
5/5

The wildlife experience was wonderful. The scenery is rugged, but natural and interesting, not spectacular. The weather was good with a light rain each morning before sunrise. The camping accommodations were much too primitive for 69 year olds and described to us poorly. We were expecting ''glamping". Our guide, Issac, was charming, informative and extreemly well informed about the animals in the park. I was very impresssed with the ecology and conservation practices of the guides in the park. I was a little surprised when we watched ,disapprovingly as a guide roared his truck off road and up to a mating lion pair, to find there is no process in place to reprimand the display of bad judgement. The food was great and the overall experience wonderful. I would recommend this safari to others.
