Impressive trip to Murchison Falls NP - Uganda
5/5

This is our first time travelling to Africa so we were a bit nervous about the security here. However, things turned out to be very different, people in Uganda are friendly and nice. We tried to contacted a number of companies and among many that we've contacted to book the trip to Murchison Falls NP, "Home To Africa Tours and Travel" is really one of the best because of its good communications and enthusiastic support. Elias is fun and very responsive. And Paul is super professional and trustful. We had a great trip to Murchison Falls NP thanks to Home to Africa. Highly recommended.

Fantastically well organised trip with great communication through the whole experience
5/5

We organised a trip through Classic Journeys through Rwanda, Tanzania and Kenya. The trip was organised exceptionally throughout with clear communication with Charles through the whole arrangement, booking and payment processes.

On the trip the whole experience could not have been organised better with Company representatives meeting us at the airports and knowledgeable guides imparting a huge amount of information on everything from country history, culture and nature. All the company representatives seemed to genuinely care that we had the best experience possible and honestly could not have done any more for us. A special thanks must go to Cathy and Kip in Rwanda and Matthew and Charles in Kenya.

All vehicles and accommodation provided were of the highest quality, modern and comfortable.

Could not recommend Classic Journeys highly enough and we are even planning our next trip to East Africa with them in the near future.

Makasa Tanzania was the best way to do a Safari
5/5

It is difficult to know where to start with Makasa, they were so helpful with the arrangements, booking us from the time we arrived to our departure to The Tides resort. We stayed at the Kilimanjaro lodge for two nights and this was a wonderful experience. The lodge is very clean and the staff here are excellent very friendly and very professional. Our tour guide Frank was more than we could have hoped for. We spent six days with him. He was so knowledgeable about our destinations and interested us and our country (Canada). We saw so much, the beautiful Serengeti was the highlight for us. We saw so much throughout our tour. We could not have asked for more.

17 days of action packed adventure in amazing Rwanda
5/5

My name is Geoff and along with friends Anita, David and Irene we gave Rob Morely of Tailormade Africa a brief to include some hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and of course gorilla trekking. We wanted modest accommodation and told him we were also happy to camp. He rose to the challenge and we had a brilliant time. We did a multi-day hike to the source of the White Nile, a kayaking/camping trip on Lake Kivu, a mountain biking trip along the side of Lake Kivu, which was remarkably hilly!!, hiking in the Volcanoes National Park and of course spent time with a gorilla family.

We had an excellent driver and guide (Emmanuel). He was first class in every way.

Now it wouldn't be a trip to Africa if a few things didn't quite go according to the script but these were all resolved swiftly by Tailormade Africa's partners in Rwanda and so our enjoyment was not diminished and indeed we had some really good stories to take back home to the UK and Canada and share with our friends. So we can recommend Rob and Tailormade Africa without reservation.

As a group we decided to volunteer on one Saturday morning, (the last Saturday of each month), that Rwandans give to Umuganda (free work on a local project in each town/village to help improve the environment/area). This was a great experience and I would recommend it is a good way to help Rwanda in a practical way if you can fit it into your trip.

All in all it was an amazing 17 days and the smiling faces, friendliness and hospitality of the Rwandans will live long in our memories

Fair Travel Kilimanjaro, fun, exciting and adventurous.
5/5

I have been on 7 wild game drives with several different guides and Fair Travel Kilimanjaro has been the best. They put our safety first and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals. He was also very personable and a joy to be around. I would highly recommend Fair Travel Kilimanjaro for your next safari.

Botswana
5/5

Safari Partners put together a wonderful and memorable trip for us to Botswana and South Africa. The arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, rental car, game drives, etc) went so smoothly; we never had a single hassle. Chris was always there to answer questions and take care of details. We appreciated the quick response time. Botswana was the highlight for us: so much better than we could have imagined, both in the number and variety of animals we saw, the quality of the accommodations and the friendly, sophisticated service. Katherine had never had her gluten intolerance accommodated so well! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Safari Partners.

Amazingly beautiful safari in Ruaha
5/5

We booked a trip to Ruaha National Park with Ndaki and Maximilian as our guides in August, and the experience couldn't have been better!

Already the drive from Morogoro to Ruaha was beautiful as we passed through Mikumi National Park and already saw some animals there, and also the different landscapes when getting closer to Iringa are gorgeous. The car was very comfortable and spacious, has a mini-cooler with drinks WIFI (only when close to towns), but most importantly, Maximilian is a really good and safe driver, which isn't always easy to find in Tanzania ;-) The safari itself was of course even better, and thanks to Ndaki and Maximillian’s patience and great knowledge of the beautiful National Park we saw lots of animals including elephants, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, lots of birds, hippos, jackals, hyenas and even lions and the rare cheetahs from an incredible close distance - we were only about 5 meters away from the cheetahs and maybe 3 meters next to two female lions during their afternoon nap! Maximilian could tell us lots of stories about each of the animals and really knows the park and its flora and fauna like his own back yard. Additionally, both guides are really fun and open-minded people and so we also had a great time on a personal level. As Ndaki knows a lot about the whole country and its culture he also gave us really great tips and recommendations for the rest of our trip.

As our budget was quite low, they got us a really good deal at a hotel in the middle of the park. The rooms were basic but very clean, the food really tasty and when we woke up from the noise of hyenas hunting down a warthog and lions roaring nearby, we really knew we were on safari!

All in all, the three days in Ruaha with Safaris Partners were probably the best of our trip and we can highly recommend a tour with them! I would stay longer than three days though if you come from Morogoro as the drive takes up quite some time and we at least wished we could stay a day or two more.

The best experience of my life
5/5

They gave me a perfect tour, Simon is an excellent person, his kindness is unmatched. He took us to a very delicious dinner where we got to know the flavors of Kenya. Samuel our guide helped us to enjoy all the magic of Kenya, his sympathy and joy was very contagious. The very nice lodging, where we experience something different, enjoying the nature of Kenya. I am anxious to return and without hesitation will be with Kenya Safaris Holiday.
