Aron was friendly and cared about my trip.
Aron was able to organize a very unusual itinerary : RT Bujumbara, Burundi to Gombe, Tanzania. This included 2 overland routes, border crossings and private boat trip. He paid attention to details and was flexible in adjusting the itinerary to my preferences.

Great Safari Experience in Tanzania
I had a wonderful safari trip in Tanzania. The tour company helped me perfect my itinerary according to my budget and chose lovely accommodations for me. They were always easy to reach and quick to answer any questions, providing all the information I needed. The safari was a shared group tour, and while there were some delays in the mornings due to picking up people from different hotels, it didn’t take away from the experience. I enjoyed meeting friendly travelers from all around the world. Overall it was a well-organized and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Very kind staffs
I had a great experience with Potto Holiday Safaris.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the tour was reasonably priced. When my tented room had many mosquitos, Ann supported to change a room for the next day.
The only small point for improvement is that the driver (to Maasai Mara) was a nice person with good driving skills, but he didn’t use the wireless phone that other drivers use and didn’t seem very proactive in searching for animals.
Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Hyrax safari was very responsive
I did 4 day mount Kenya Sirmon-Chogoria route with Hyrax safari. The guide and rest of the team were amazing. The first day is a quick 2 hour hike, the second day we walked for around 6 hours and the camp there was beautiful. The third day was hard as we walked for over 10 hours and honestly at a very high speed. The last day was 1 hour hike. Mount Kenya is amazing, the landscape unique. Everything went well but i would say that i would have preferred the third day to be split in two and have more rest to enjoy the views. All in all was a great experience and the team were very nice.

Good experience with the company not so much with the guide
The owner of the company Rodgers Obuya was professional and responsive,he answered all our queries and was very prompt in responding on Whatsapp.I don't know about other guides they have,but we went with a driver/guide named Jimmy and it turned out to be a not so good experience for us.I advise you to avoid the guide Jimmy at all costs,he was on the phone most of the time ( probably 70% of the time),even during the safri and also on the highway,driving with one hand,even when he was doing 100 KMPH.
He was late to our evening game drive on our first day,came at 4.40 PM,when I asked he said it was due to other people we were sharing the safari.He could have stopped at that,but he said,if you want a safri to be on time,you should have booked a private safari,which was reeallu uncalled for.He wasn't interested to give any information regarding the animals,he just showed them and was getting back to his phone calls.
The safari company is good,if you can get another guide you could book with them.

Vihann’ s timely responses made a huge difference
Vihann was responsive and friendly, worked patiently with me as I tweaked my itinerary three times. I researched the camps myself and Vihann supported with his local knowledge so the result was very memorable and extraordinary holiday. I was very happy with local transfers, guides were available to answer questions and food was top notch.
