Write a User ReviewA tremendous safari with film permits in the Serengeti with Ethan Kinsey Safaris
This was our second time in the Serengeti with Ethan Kinsey (ethan-kinsey.com) as our amazing guide. This time around we had film permits which allowed us off-road access to the wildlife. The wildlife was as expected with great opportunities in both the Northern Serengeti and in the Namiri Plains area. The two locations provided good variety of scenery and different environments for the wildlife. We mixed wilderness camps with the Namiri Plains Lodge and both types of camp were great - a blend of privacy with luxury. The Serengeti is the place to be. Endless plains, endless wildlife. Bush vibe. Poor roads.

we had great expectations from this park, it goes actually far beyond, 3 days there weren't too much.
if you can take/afford more time there, do it.
sleeping in the park will save you a lot of time as the distances are long, the road doesn't allow you to drive fast, so make the right choice, or you might spend time "commuting"!

Saw lots of animals in the Serengeti. Stayed in bush camps and heard lots of animals at night, some of them quite close (Hippo and lions). Loved watching the sunset in front of our tent. Also the early morning game drives (left before the sun came up), were fabulous.

The scenery in Serengeti is breathtaking, it was beyond our wildest expectations, and we think about it everyday even now! What surprised us most was how green everything is in December, and how much wildlife there is everywhere, including the great migration (it is overwhelming).
We would come back every year if we could.

The best place with wild animals in the world
Our guide is the amazing man. His name is Godlove. We could see different animals in the wild nature. Food was perfect. You can even find for vegan something taste. Very excellent adventure. Thanks a lot!

An emotion after the other
We have visited this park in June, at the end of the season of the rains. The animals began the migration and in an instant we have been surrounded by the perfumes and by marvelous panoramas. Endless lowlands and fascinating animals have accompanied us for the whole visit. An experience that we will bring with us for the whole life.
