Lucky Wildlife Encounters and Fascinating Animal Interactions Around the Lodge
I joined the 4 Day Tremisana Safari and it was an great South African wildlife experience. I was lucky enough to see white rhinos on a bush walk, elephants near our lodge, a leopard on my final morning, and even a hyena near our bush barbecue dinner!
The golden sunsets and sundowners during game drives were beautiful. Staying at Tremisana Game Lodge was also a highlight, especially watching elephants and impala visit a nearby waterhole from our outdoor patio.
The weather can change quite a bit, so I recommend bringing both sun protection and warm layers. Although the drive from Johannesburg Airport to the lodge was long, the safari experience was well worth it, it is a fantastic destination.
