We just completed our 6 day Kenyan safari and had the most amazing experience with Afrikan Accent Adventures! If you are looking for professionalism and passion at a good value, this is the company to use!

Touring the country of Kenya was unique. The people, food, culture and wildlife was fantastic! The tourist industry here is very welcoming and since English is the main tourist spoken language, it made it very easy to communicate. Lodging quarters and staff are top notch and so friendly and kind! We always felt safe.

Before we did our safari, we thought it would be a one off bucket list trip, but after this experience, there is no doubt we will return!!!  Do not hesitate to book your safari with Afrikan Accent Adventures, you will be in the best of hands and will experience a wonderful safari! Kenya safari is everything and more,

It was a simply wonderful time away in Kenya! Getting around in the capital city was very straightforward with Uber.

Highlights definitely included:
- Visiting Masai Mara National Park
- Going for walks in the forest
- Visiting the Elephant Orphanage
- Having incredible cool and mild weather in December
- The people were friendly, warm and helpful (so many people spoke English so well!)

An African safari is something every person should see.

This was my first trip to Africa. My wife and I really wanted to go on an African safari. We visited the Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks. We saw many giraffes, elephants, buffalos, many species of antelope, many beautiful birds, hippos, and even a family of lions and a leopard. There were even monkeys at the hotel. We had a great time traveling to Kenya.

Wonderful Safari: very well organised. We loved each moment of our journey.
We spent 6 days and 5 nights in Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with Leopard Orchid Safaris 2 adults+2 children (7,14 years), including over New Year, and it was an unforgettable experience.
Guide/ driver Lawrence is excellent spotting animals from far away to show us and always in contact with others in the vicinity to know where to go looking for more, so we had the best animals’ photos shots we could ask for! Thanks to his expertise, we were able to see all the animals we had hoped for including the Big Five.
Landscape is breathtaking and driving through it with the Land Cruiser is adventures but not uncomfortable even after hours on the trails. At the end of the day a very comfortable mattress awaits always for you in the best lodges with great selection of food and kind people!
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Never had any problems.

A country that makes you genuinely want to return again

I spent four nights and five days in Kenya. Three of those days were spent on a safari tour in Amboseli National Park, and the other two were in Nairobi.
In Nairobi, as long as I followed basic tourist rules like "don't walk around alone at night" and "use taxis for transportation," I could move about with peace of mind.
The safari was a private tour. The guide was highly skilled, allowing us to see many animals in good spots, and he shared our excitement.

Overall, there were few touts, and we weren't persistently asked for tips. Kenyans struck me as gentle, respectful of personal space, and sincere.

Kenya, said to be the birthplace of bipedalism. Why not come back to your roots, everyone (humankind)?

Beautiful with lots to offer

Having left Kenya 54 years ago, I was delighted to go back for a holiday with 2 siblings. As soon as we landed, we felt at home! The first few days were to revisit where we used to live, our primary school [the building is still as lovely as before] and where our father worked. A local taxi driver took us around locally as well as further afield to Thika. Loved the waterfalls there but be careful you don't get ripped off! Check the cost of the boat ride plus the guides. Whilst we had a lovely time, it was a little spoilt by the demands for much more money than we had expected to pay.
Our 3 days safari, organised by Roju Safari was absolutely beautiful. The Masai Mara Park, lodge and 2 Safari drives were brilliant. The early morning drive is wonderful. Saw zebras, giraffes, elephants and many other animals walking around so naturally, it was clear this was their true habitat. A shout out to Samwell, who works for Jocky Tours - an amazing guide with a sharp eye and a willingness
Read more to please his clients. He and the Kenyan family who were part of the group safari made my trip even better.
We went to Nakuru for 3 nights, visiting Naivasha and Crescent Island where Out of Africa was filmed. I wish we had spent more than the three hours we stayed on the island. Once again, animals happily walking and sharing their environment.
Our trip finished with 3 more days in Nairobi. The Karan Blixen museum is well worth a visit. There are other interesting places to visit but it's nice to also enjoy the local walks and parks like Uhuru Park.

Unforgettable Kenya Experience – Highly Recommended !

I found this agency through SafariBookings and it was the best decision I could have made. Our trip to Kenya was breathtaking, perfectly split between 7 days of safari and 6 days at the coast.
The organization was impeccable, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Mr. Denis was fantastic and went well above and beyond our expectations to ensure every detail was covered. Also, a huge shout-out to our super driver James: thanks to his incredible spotting skills and experience, we saw a huge variety of animals!
The lodges selected for us were absolutely stunning—authentic, comfortable, and in prime locations. If you want a perfectly organized, stress-free adventure in Kenya, I highly recommend this agency. They are professional, reliable, and truly passionate about what they do.

Everything is Amazing!

4 of us travelled to nairobi from London on 8th January, 2 of us have experienced amazing wildlife in kenya previously and were excited to return, we were not disappointed ! We travelled with Gemfinders, a great find, organised, communicative and fun, and took time to find lots of birds for my very enthusiastic birding husband! Such a great time, I would thoroughly recommend Kenya as a great safari location, others countries are great too but on this occasion it was the right trip for us. Be prepared for early morning and evening game drives, a safari is an adventure !

2.5 safari and beach

Had an amazing 2.5 week trip to Kenya in late December early January. Weather was amazing however locals stated the mini wet was underwhelming this year. The dry season starts in January and we had no rain (except for a few drops in Hells Gate). On our 2 week trip we had an 8 day Safari including Ol Pejeta, Lake Nukuru, Maasai Mara, Hell's gate NP and Amboseli. We then had 8 days on the cost Watamu, Mombasa and Diani.

Safari

We saw the big 5 in 3 days with the Leopard being the most elusive. Ol Peteja and Lake Nukuru were great for rhinos. With conservation entrenched in Kenyan society it makes for the best Rhino viewing in Africa. Maasi Mara was iconic abundant with wildlife but minus the migration chaos. There was a max of 8-10 cars for a predator in January which does seem allot but is still much lower than peak season (migration). Highly recommend the Mara Big 5 camp which was peak glamping luxe with amazing food. We would also recommend a cultural
Read more tour of one of the traditional Maasai villages. Hell's gate was a nice change of scenery as we were able to bike it as opposed to being in the car. If you are interested in viewing Kilimanjaro and seeing elephents Amboselii is worth while, however Kilimanjaro usually has a but if cloud cover even on a clear blue sky day. Personally we would've opted for an extra day at Ol Pejeta on retrospect. We also saw many red elephants on our train trip from Nairobi to Mombasa on the Mardaka Express (highly recommend the premium experince- it's like plane business class for a $120 usd for a 5hr trip).

Our safari adventures continued on the coast with scuba diving in Watamu (my first time) and snorkelling in Wasai marine park (1hr South if Diani). Overall we felt safer and easier to access shops, restaurants and less hassle on the beach in Diani than Watamu. Watamu is smaller and more village like with good Swahili food (and many average Italian options). For Watamun I would recommend to book things a 4-5 days in advance (like diving, SUP and dhow trips).

Accomadation during our safari was fantastic. We noted Kenyan hotels have a lower rating than Australian hotels on websites like Booking.com which we could not understand the rooms and service was fantastic. Oddly we found the higher rated accomadation to be more basic (with excellent service), maybe because these were more social enterprises giving back to the community.
