Our trip to Kenya was everything we dreamed of and more! We did a private safari for 7 days with Kichaka Tours and it was wonderful. We visited Amboseli National Park, Lake Naivasha/Hell's Gate National Park, and Maasai Mara Reserve/Mara Triangle. Every stop was perfect and had its own unique offerings. We were in awe of the sheer amount of animals we saw and were lucky enough to see not only all of the Big Five, but also a cheetah kill (in Amboseli!). The views at all the parks were serene. We never really felt unsafe for the whole trip, though the driving outside of the parks can feel a bit wild. One thing to flag is that if you choose to go to several parks, but aware that it will require LONG days in the car - each trip across parks seemed to be another 5-6 hour drive, which got a bit draining. But again, very worth it for us as each park had its own unique offerings. I'm glad we chose to cut out a 4th park and stay one extra night in Maasai Mara - definitely recommend this.

Also, if you have a chance to go to the Mara Triangle while in Maasai Mara, I recommend this as well - it was quieter with less cars but all the same animals. Nearly everyone we met in the service industry was incredibly kind. We would go back in a heartbeat and would love to explore more of the parks!

Myself and my 18 year son were on safari in masai mara for 5 days. Blue Mountain Trekking Safaris was who we booked with.Ann was my go to for information, over 60 emails back and forward to her for information. Safari was 1st class. Stayed at Enkorok safari Lodge mid range. Was perfect, lovely and clean .welcome drinks, hot towels . Tent was 1st class and food excellent. Staff all very friendly. Our safari driver Stanley from jockey tours in nairobi was the best. So bright and cheary everyday.his knowledge was fantastic. We saw everything apart from leopard. Saw a kill with 2 cheetah on a impala. Also went to Nakuru game reserve and lake naivasha where we went on boat trip to see hippos. All in all fantastic trip we will not ferget. Perfect

It was a fantastic experience. We had booked a private 3-day safari in Tsavo East National Park with Buffalo Steps Adventures. Saw a lot of animals and spent the night at beautiful locations (Voi Safari Lodge and Salt Lick Safari Lodge).

We had an excellent trip! 5 days in Nairobi followed by a 4 day 3 night safari. We toured during the short rainy season/ end of high season and the resorts were amazing! There were hardly any guests at the resorts and our tour operator upgraded our Lake Nakura hotel due to the fact that prices had come down. We saw every animal except a wildebeest including all the cats! Highly recommend the hot air balloon flight over the Masai Mara and try not to schedule it the same day you leave for the airport. Getting up at 4 AM then a 7 hour drive to catch your flight home makes for an extremely long day. All in all a great vacation.

We loved our trip to Kenya. We landed in Mombasa, and took the train to Voi for the parks. The train station was modern (but it took some time to enter as there are multiple security checks with long lines), trains were very clean, comfortable and on time! The safari itself was amazing!! The animals, the scenery, the lovely weather, everything was on point. The hotels as well were great.
People were friendly, and very willing to help!
The food was good, with a lot of Indian influences.
