An Unforgettable Tanzanian Safari Experience
We are absolutely thrilled with our recent Tanzanian safari, and it would not have been possible without the exceptional planning of Erick from your sales team. Thank you, Erick, for crafting such a perfect and seamless itinerary for us. We were incredibly satisfied with every detail, from the comfortable accommodations to the well-paced game drives.
The safari itself was beyond our wildest dreams. We were blessed to witness the magnificent Big Five in their natural habitat, a true privilege. The highlight, however, had to be the awe-inspiring spectacle of the Great Wildebeest Migration, where we watched thousands of wildebeest bravely crossing the river—a moment we will cherish forever. Every single day was filled with excitement and joy, offering new and breathtaking sightings.
A huge part of our enjoyment was thanks to our guide, Champion. His expertise and incredible "eagle eyes" were unmatched; he always seemed to be the first to spot animals, from a leopard camouflaged in a tree to a pride of lions resting in the distance. His knowledge, passion for wildlife, and friendly demeanor made our trips both educational and immensely fun. We felt completely safe and in the best hands throughout the journey.
We cannot recommend Champion highly enough. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure that exceeded all our expectations. We will be dreaming of our return to Tanzania!

Crazy safari with Serengeti smile super excitement to us in Tanzania
We chose Serengeti Smile to fulfill our dream of experiencing the Serengeti’s sweeping landscapes, abundant wildlife, and stunning sunsets, and the reality exceeded even our highest expectations. From our very first inquiry to the conclusion of our private, tailor-made 8-day Great Migration Safari, the organization was flawless. The itinerary covered Arusha, Tarangire National Park, Central Serengeti, Seronera, Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park, each destination offering its own unique charm and adventure. Every detail was carefully planned, making the journey seamless and memorable.
The safari itself was breathtaking, with an astonishing 48 animal species sighted, including the Big Five. From lions lounging with their playful cubs to leopards and cheetahs surveying the plains, and vast herds of elephants, giraffes, and zebras moving gracefully across the savannah, the Serengeti’s wonders unfolded before us. Witnessing the Great Migration at the Mara River was an unforgettable highlight, with thousands of wildebeest and zebras braving predators in one of nature’s greatest spectacles. Our accommodations enhanced the adventure perfectly eco-friendly yet luxurious lodges and tents that blended into the wilderness, offering both comfort and immersion, with staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Our safari guide, Godlisten, deserves special mention for making this trip extraordinary. His deep knowledge, professionalism, and passion for both the wildlife and his country elevated every moment of the journey. He had an uncanny ability to spot even the most elusive animals, patiently answering questions and sharing fascinating insights into animal behavior, tribal traditions, and the Serengeti’s delicate ecosystem. His respect for nature and his attentive guidance made the experience unforgettable. Our contact person was Lambert, this is extraordinary planner knowledge and available all time needed to help. We cannot recommend Serengeti Smile highly enough this was not just a holiday, but the adventure of a lifetime.

Professional Company & Fantastic Guide
We had the most incredible safari experience in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro during our honeymoon, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Amini. He took care of us every step of the way during our 5-day safari, always attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about sharing the wildlife and beauty of Tanzania with us.
Amini’s knowledge of the animals, landscapes, and culture was outstanding, and he made every game drive exciting while ensuring we were comfortable and well looked after. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly spoiled throughout the entire trip.
The company itself was also extremely well-organised and professional. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly; transfers, accommodations, and daily planning were seamless. It really made our honeymoon feel effortless and unforgettable.

Professional, welcoming and informative.
Serengeti Smile is an amazing company - they are friendly and welcoming. Our guide Amini was a great host, took care of us and made some great animal spotting - we managed to see the big 5. All of the hotels they suggested we stay at were clean and with great staff members. I recommend this company 100%.

Once in the lifetime
We had the most amazing honeymoon in Tanzania - our trip was tailor made to our preferences prior to the holiday and when on holiday it was all perfect.
Our driver Libe stayed with us for the 7 day safari and was a brilliant tour guide. We felt very safe with him and he was very knowledgeable about all of the animals and where to find them!
Once in a lifetime trip for us, would highly recommend!!

Fantastic local company, highly recommended
We had a fantastic 10 day safari, loved every minute. Had some amazing sightings that will stay on the memory banks forever.
Accommodations arranged for us were excellent. Food was top notch and plentiful.
The days were long, our guide Deo was engaged throughout. We specifically wanted a company that employed guides, not one that hired subcontractors and we are glad we did. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, took us to some amazing spots. He also had a knack of finding very difficult to spot animals. We saw everything we wanted to, most better than expected, our guide made sure we were happy throughout.
Not dwelling on the topic, but we thought we would have an issue during the trip. We made contact with the company and it was resolved immediately. 10/10 for customer service, too.

We booked a 6-day safari with Serengeti Smiles covering Tarangire, Serengeti (Central and North), and Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and it was the experience of a lifetime.
Patricia, our tour consultant, was fantastic engaged, responsive, and supportive from start to finish.
On the ground, our safari guide John was beyond exceptional. His knowledge, passion, and sharp eye meant we saw the Big Five (lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard), cheetahs, and so much more. Every day brought unforgettable moments. He also took the time to answer my endless questions, explaining the different animals, birds, and behaviors in detail, which made the experience even more special.
Everything was looked after for us meals, transport (during and to airport), and our incredible accommodations. We felt genuinely cared for throughout, with the team going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We also had specific dietary needs, and they accommodated them perfectly without ever making it feel like an inconvenience.
The entire trip ran seamlessly, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We highly recommend Serengeti Smiles to anyone looking for an organized, authentic, and truly memorable safari.

My partner and I travelled to Tanzania for the first time. A fantastic tour operator, with our guide John making the experience incredible. His knowledge, wisdom and experience made this tour the best we’ve ever done.
He made sure we were looked after, showed us all the best spots to see each animal and guided us every step of the way. We saw the big five and so many more! We could stop whenever we wanted and John was more than happy to provide any information.
All breakfast, lunch and dinner was sorted and we had some great meals and incredible camp stays. The classic view camp we had hyena sounds at night and Lion roars in the morning - incredible and memorable. We were always made to feel safe and the whole experience is handled for you.
We’d highly recommend Serengeti Smiles and especially John as the guide!
