I would repeat this wonderful experience with Serengeti Smile, and no one else
We were delighted to have our safari with Serengeti Smile, on the special occasion of our honeymoon. During July 2026, our tour included Tarangire National Park, Central Serengeti, North Serengeti (Migration), and Ngorongoro. The accommodations included Central Lodge, North Migration Lodge, Farm of Dream Lodge, Serena Arusha, and Serena Ngorongoro.
From the very first inquiry, communication with Serengeti Smile was prompt, clear, and reassuring. Godian answered every question quickly, and the itinerary preparation was handled smoothly and without stress.
Our guide Aminiel is attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Please take this advice into account: your guide will make your safari. Animals don't come to you, you go to them…so an experienced and committed guide makes all the difference. High costs don't guarantee that, by the way; we witnessed some game drives from other companies and were quite concerned. If you have the chance, ask for Aminiel to be your guide, he will really make the difference!!!
Even when one of the Tanzanian airlines changed our flight itinerary, we could rely on Aminiel and the Serengeti Smile team to arrange everything, so we could live the entire experience!
Considering the quality of the accommodations, the expertise of Aminiel, and the seamless organization, this was excellent value for money. Nothing felt rushed or cut short to save costs. The dinners at the lodges/hotels were very good, and the lunch boxes for the safari, among many other things, exceeded our expectations.
The safari itself exceeded every expectation: incredible wildlife sightings, stunning landscapes, and a real sense of connection with nature. It was, without question, an unforgettable experience…and the best honeymoon.

We had an absolutely wonderful safari trip with Serengeti Smile. Our guide Regnald is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsible. He tried his best to help us find all kinds of wild animals patiently, gave us detailed introductions about the wildlife and local scenery. The communication was smooth, the service was thoughtful and reliable, and the trip was great value for money. Reliable and safe for booking your trip
Serengeti Smile came in contact with us through Patricia. She was our main point of contact during the booking of this safari. She took care of everything while still answering all or questions and doubts without much delay.
She appointed Joshua to us as a Guide for the whole Safari. He was very kind to us and told us a lot of details during our Safari. Joshua was very helpful to try to get us to see as many different animals as possible.

Serengeti Smile
We had an amazing safari experience in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Serengeti Smile and Zack as our guide, and we highly recommend him!
We were a family of five: two parents, 17-year-old twins, and a 13-year-old, and Zack made sure everyone enjoyed the experience. He was always punctual, patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
He worked hard to find the animals we were hoping to see, gave us plenty of time to watch them and take photos, and answered every question we had with enthusiasm and expertise. He knew how to adapt the experience to all ages, making it interesting and enjoyable for both the adults and the kids.
What stood out the most was his calm personality, professionalism, and genuine passion for wildlife. Thanks to Zack, our safari became one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania.
If you’re lucky enough to have Zack as your guide, you’re in great hands. Highly recommended!

Deo is an enthusiastic guide with plenty of experience and knowledge and answers every question!
Overall loved travelling with this company, service was great everything was on time. Super flexible with our group, if we didn’t like anything, it was always possible to go around or figure out another way. It is quite expensive, but there’s definitely reasons why that is, especially later on in the trip.

Our family booked an 8-day, 7-night wildlife safari, and it was truly a magical journey. Every experience on this trip has become a cherished memory that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
Our driver and guide, DEO, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to see all the animals we had hoped to see, making this safari even more unforgettable.

The company is professional, trustworthy, and offers good value for the money. The itinerary was well organized, and overall we had a wonderful experience.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to reduce the amount of time spent driving for travelers on a 7–8 day safari. Spending a little more time in the parks and less time on the road would make the experience even better.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.

This was one of the most fun and unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. Seeing wild animals in their natural habitat was exciting, and every drive felt like a new adventure because you never knew what you would see next. The scenery was beautiful, our the guide (Libe) was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole experience was relaxing while still being full of excitement. Watching elephants, giraffes, lions, and other animals up close made the trip feel truly special. I would recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone because it’s a unique experience which created memories we’ll never forget.
Fantastic safari experience with a highly skilled and professional driver - Barnabas
Really great experience, our driver Barnabas made sure we saw all the animals in great viewing spots.
Including countless lions, leopards, cheetahs, the great migration etc. Barnabas was very skilled navigating the rough terrain and knew exactly what to do when we had vehicle troubles.
