Excellent safari experience with Serengeti Smile. Communication with Piniel was clear and reliable from booking through to the trip, and we felt the safari offered very good value. Our guide Gama was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and flexible. The itinerary, accommodation and food were excellent, with Northern Serengeti and Ngorongoro being highlights.

Professional and friendly
We had nice Jeep and excellent driver-guide who was very experienced ( Saturo ). We always had water and he would make stops for us as we requested. He made sure we all fed and safe.

Enjoyable Safari
We were on a 3day safari, stayed at Nakupenda for 2 nights. This is one of the best safaris we ever experienced, tour consultant James and driver Davis were both professional and friendly, this Serengeti safari leave us with wonderful memories. We do recommend this company.
PS we had terrible experience in Kenya, our money was stolen, I believe that the tour company Peak Season Africa Safaris organized the theft where I left a review for it.

Professional Dream Fulfiller
I asked this team to organize a one-week safari. It was important to me to see and photograph the Great Migration and the crossing of the Mara River. As a nature photographer, choosing the right locations was my top priority. I think this was 100% fulfilled, since in addition to the Big Five, I managed to see and photograph almost every animal. The choice of accommodations was excellent; we spent unforgettable evenings in the heart of the Serengeti.
