An unforgettable, immersive safari made incredible by our guide Bayana
This was a genuinely life-changing experience from start to finish. Our guide, Bayana, made such an effort to connect with us, and by the end of the trip it felt like we'd known him for years. His knowledge and passion made every single game drive feel personal rather than routine.
The wildlife sightings were beyond anything we imagined — lions, leopards, and cheetahs all up close, often with no other vehicles in sight. It never once felt touristy or crowded; every moment felt private and immersive, like we had the Serengeti to ourselves. So much of that came down to Bayana's skill in reading the animals and finding the best spots away from the crowds.
We've previously done self-drive safaris in Botswana and Namibia, which were amazing in their own right, but this trip actually surpassed both of them. Having an expert guide who knew exactly where to go and how to get us close to the action made all the difference.
Communication before and during the trip was excellent, and the whole experience felt reliable and incredibly good value. If you're considering Go Serengeti African Tours, ask for Bayana as your guide — he's the reason this safari will stay with us forever.

Once in a lifetime trip
Our Tanzania safari and Giraffe Manor stay was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more memorable trip.
We visited Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, and both were absolutely incredible. Our guide was amazing — so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, and he really made the safari special for us. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. All of our transfers were there waiting for us, everything ran so smoothly, and the whole trip felt completely effortless from start to finish.
And then there was Giraffe Manor… what an unforgettable experience! It really was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and we loved every single second. Having the giraffes wandering around while we enjoyed our stay was something we’ll never forget.
The little touches made the experience even more special too. Arriving to beautiful flowers, T-shirts and cosy blankets was such a lovely surprise and made us feel so welcomed.
We’re so grateful for the memories we made and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an unforgettable African adventure. 🦒❤️🌍

An amazing experience
The trip was incredible, and communication with Namayani was excellent. She answered all our questions, was very kind, and did her best to accommodate our every need. It was definitely worth it..the accommodation was beautiful, the food was great, and our guide Marcus was a true friend to us the whole time. He promised we would see everything, and we did. An unforgettable safari experience
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized, and the whole trip exceeded our expectations.
A very special thank you to our guide, Adrian, who truly made our safari unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable and always attentive to us. Thanks to his experience and passion for wildlife, we were able to see so many incredible animals and enjoy every moment of the safari. He always knew the best places to go and took the time to make sure we had the best possible experience.
We are leaving Tanzania with unforgettable memories and couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience. We would highly recommend this agency, and especially Adrian, to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

Memorable
We had a good experience during the 5 days serengeti package. The admin Neema was patient and kind enough in replying to our inquiries and requests, even though our booking was made rather last minute. We booked the budget camping option and I must say the itinerary wasn't explained clear enough before the trip and we encountered a few surprises, only finding out after when the trip commenced, that for the 4 nights, only 2 were for camping and the other 2 nights were actually in the lodge. Also the main issue I had beforehand was the 4% surcharge when u pay by credit card, and I'd say is exorbitant , where u could probs spend it on tipping the guide/chef instead as the recommended tip amount per day is by no means little, on top of the package fee, and that this is standard practice for all safaris. So just be aware of these 'hidden' costs.
Other than that, the trip was memorable, and the guide Burton is kind hearted and knowledgeable, and we were able to see many wildlife with ease, and one thing he can further improve on is his engagement and interactions with his guests, with more emphasis on the itinerary details and also more description on the wildlife and their behaviour etc. Another notable mention is the chef Richard, who works tirelessly in each kitchen to make sure we are well fed, and he whips up nice meals too.
Overall, our trip was memorable and the places we visited were amazing enough, esp ngorongoro crater, though we wished to have spent more time in Serengeti as it is way too big.
Logistics, transport transits and accomodations were well organised as well. And most importantly we made priceless connections with other people in our shared group safari tour :)

Our experience with Serengeti African Tours was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first conversation, everything was handled with warmth, care, and incredible attention to detail. We arranged our entire trip through WhatsApp with Neema, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the planning process. She listened carefully to what we wanted and went above and beyond to create an itinerary that felt truly personal to us, including a one-day hike on Mount Kilimanjaro that made the journey even more unique.
And then there was Dickson — an exceptional guide who made our safari truly unforgettable. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and animal behavior was remarkable. He seemed to know exactly where to go and when to be there, always with patience and respect for the animals. Thanks to him, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five and countless other incredible moments in the wild.
One experience, in particular, will stay with us forever: watching a lion hunt warthogs. Dickson found us an incredible position where we could witness the entire scene from a privileged viewpoint. It was one of those rare moments when you simply stop speaking, take in what is happening before your eyes, and realize how extraordinary nature can be.
The accommodations were also exceptional throughout the journey. A special mention must go to Serena Lodge in the Serengeti and Suricata Boma in Lake Manyara, both of which added their own charm and comfort to an already incredible adventure.
Looking back, it is difficult to choose a single favorite moment because every day brought something new and unforgettable. What made the experience even more meaningful was the feeling that we were not simply following an itinerary — we were being genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey.
My husband and I will carry these memories with us for the rest of our lives. This safari was so much more than a trip; it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that touched us deeply.

Incredible service from the beginning to the end
The whole experience with Serengeti African Tours was extraordinary. We did the whole negotiation and conversation through Whatsapp and Neema, who we talked at first was really caring with all of the details. She manage to tailor make our tour adding a one-day hike to Kilimanjaro.
We were assigned with the guide Dickson and we couldn’t be happier. He knew the parks like he owned it, went for all the places and managed to find the big 5 easily.
All the accommodations were incredible with honorable mentions to Serena Lounge in Serengeti and Suricata Boma in Lake Manyara.
Everything was perfect and I know my wife and I won’t forget any experience we had. The high point we experienced was the lion hunting warthogs, which Dickson got us a privileged site to watch it.
