Beautiful places & very kind people & perfect guide
We had an amazing safari experience, and we would definitely recommend them!
Our guide, Burton, was absolutely wonderful. He is such a kind and friendly person, always with a big smile on his face, and he was very patient with all our requests. He made the whole safari experience relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable.
We joined a shared tour, and we were lucky enough to meet some really nice people in our group. Everyone got along very well, which made the trip even more enjoyable. During the safari, we managed to see almost all of the key animals we were hoping to see, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
A big thank you also to Antonia, who was very helpful and did a great job arranging our itinerary. The mid-range accommodations were also much better than we expected and were comfortable and enjoyable throughout the trip.
Overall, it was a fantastic journey from start to finish. Thank you, Burton, and Antonia, for making our safari such a wonderful memory. Highly recommended!

Efficient and in-depth - providing a fantastic five day safari and coffee tasting experience
Absolutely great tour. Namayani was my tour operator, and she guided me throughout the entire process. Pickup was smooth - we immediately got into the first safari, and every day after was an incredible adventure. We saw all the big 5! The camps were well taken care of and the tents were comfortable. We were dropped back off in Arusha on time the last day of the tour. Great communication from Namayani, knowledgeable guides, and a good price really made this a fantastic experience.

Gift you are amazing
We’ve went on a six days safari with fly in and out from Zanzibar.
We’ve landed at the northern part of the Serengeti and been stayed there for two days while sleeping at alongside the animals. We’ve witnessed the great migration and river crossing all thanks to our amazing guide we’ve continued to the central part and from there to ngorongoro crater and tarangiri.
The planing was amazing the guide was amazing the nature was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company and if you are at it then ask for Gift our guide he cared that we will check all of the boxes and made sure that we have nothing to worry about just sit and enjoy.

Quiet but knowledgable
Our experience with Serengeti African tours was overall great. We saw lots of animals (including the big 5 + lots of extras), our guide (Lucas) was very knowledgable about all of the animals and educated us on many things that we weren’t already aware of. His knowledge, wildlife expertise and driving were fantastic. We could not fault our experience within the safari parks. However, our guides communication skills were sub standard to our expectations. There were situations throughout our daily safari drives where we did not know where we were going or what was the next plans due to lack of communication, such as, when we would be having lunch, or leaving the parks to move onto our accommodation. While this did not detract from his ability as a guide it did make parts of the overall experience feel more disjointed than it needed to be. We understand that daily drives throughout the safari experience are long, however the constant and repeated playing of the drivers own music was not to our personal taste and became a little irritating after a while. Overall I think improvements on communication and guest support outside of the safari drives would be beneficial and support the overall customer experience.

Safari SUPER!
Our safari was simply amazing! Our guide, Floridi, made the experience truly magical, leading us to discover new animals and sights every day. We went on a private, customized 6-day, 7-night safari in September—perfectly organized by Glory—that covered Tarangire, the Serengeti (Central and Northern), Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Floridi was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, sharing many fascinating stories about the country, nature, and wildlife. Thanks to him, we managed to see the "Big Five" and witnessed the thrilling Mara River crossing involving thousands of wildebeest and zebras in the Northern Serengeti. I highly recommend this company—and Floridi as a guide in particular—for an experience that will leave an indelible mark on your hearts.

My experience was very positive. Communication was seamless and straightforward from the very beginning. Questions were answered promptly, and the quote was clearly laid out. Excellent service and great value for money compared to other group offers. I consider the agency to be very reliable.
Thanks to our good guide, Lawrence, we saw all the animals and landscapes during the safari. Unfortunately, we didn't get many explanations or facts about the animals. Personally, I really missed that. But this was the only thing that was missing :)

From start to finish, everything was flawlessly organized. Traveling through so many locations can feel overwhelming, but Serengeti African Tours made us feel completely comfortable, cared for, and relaxed every step of the way. Not once did we ever feel lost, confused, or out of place. The attention to detail and level of hospitality were truly second to none.
Going into this trip, our hope was simply to get a few good glimpses of Tanzania's famous wildlife. What we actually experienced blew those expectations completely out of the water: we saw everything and so much more! From sweeping landscape views to incredible, up-close wildlife encounters, every single day brought a new highlight.
A massive part of what made this trip so magical was our guide, Dickson. We honestly couldn't have hoped for a better guide if we tried! Dickson is an absolute gem. His knowledge of the parks, ecosystems, and animal behaviors is mind-blowing—he knew exactly where to look and had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife long before we could see a thing. Beyond his impressive experience and expertise, Dickson is wonderfully warm, friendly, hilarious, and full of great humor. He kept us laughing, engaged, and smiling throughout every game drive.

Perfect organisation!
We had a very very good experience with Serengeti African Tours. Lina was the person who organised our whole itinerary (4 days Safari + 4 days Mount Meru Trekking, transfers, days in between...). The safari in Tanzania was absolutely amazing.with an abundance of diverse animals to see.
Our tour began at Arusha Farmhouse. The accommodation was excellent. From there we took a 6 day safaris taking in Narangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara national parks. We stayed at Suricata Bonda lodge, Farm of Dream lodge and Land of nature camp. All of which were of a high standard and very comfortable. Our driver was first class and went the extra mile to give us an unforgettable experience. We saw an abundance of wild life including the big five in diverse landscapes. It was a never to be forgotten experience.
