Our safari was a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Nickson and Champion. Nickson translated everything into French, so we never missed a single detail, and he was always kind and attentive. Champion drove us with great care and took us to many different parts of the parks. He adapted each day to our wishes and made us feel comfortable at all times. His knowledge of the terrain is impressive, and he made every moment of the adventure special. We highly recommend them. Thank you for such an unforgettable trip!

Great safari experience thanks to our great guides
We were thrilled with our safari from start to finish. Nickson translated everything into French for us throughout the trip, which made every moment easier and let us fully enjoy each explanation. Champion, our driver-guide, took us to every corner of the parks, well beyond the usual routes. He drives very carefully and always adapted to what we wanted to see and do. His knowledge of the parks makes him an excellent guide, and I can only recommend them. Thank you for making this trip such an unforgettable experience!

Fantastic Trip with Pius
We were picked up from our hotel to start our safari with a friendly smile from Pius. He was very helpful and gave us a safari overview of the day. We went straight to Tarangire National Park where Pius was so respectful of the animals whilst still ensuring that we saw them. He knew exactly what to look for and saw animals far away in the distance which we would have thought were rocks! He was fab! We then had a packed lunch (super btw) and then went to see many more animals. This was the same for all 3 national parks (Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara). His recommendations of times to start really paid off! We were dropped off at our lodge each night and ended with a journey to Kilimanjaro with Pius. He was excellent throughout, attentive, informative and respectful! Thank you for making our honeymoon safari trip everything we could have dreamed of!

Well-organised family safari and Zanzibar trip with responsive, flexible and caring service.
We are a family of five from Gotland, Sweden, and we travelled with Serengeti Smile on a 14-day safari and Zanzibar trip. Communication was excellent from the start. Fredrik answered our questions quickly and clearly, including practical matters like travel insurance and our route.
Libe was our safari guide and driver, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He found us the animals and shared a lot about nature and wildlife along the way. We saw the Big Five, which was a dream come true for the whole family, including our teenagers.
The hotels were excellent, and the logistics worked smoothly all the way, from the private car between Arusha and Dar es Salaam to the ferry to Zanzibar, where their partner Iddi met us. We warmly recommend Serengeti Smile to other families.

Unforgettable Safari Experience. We got to see the big 5
We had such a great time with Smile! We actually got to see all of the Big Five, which was incredible. A huge thank you to our guide, Libe, who was amazing throughout the whole experience. He was so friendly and patient and really made an effort to find all the animals we wanted to see. He never rushed us and was happy to drive around until we found them. We always felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. The hotels chosen were also really nice! It was an unforgettable experience, and we would definitely recommend Smile to anyone visiting Tanzania!

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally helpful throughout our safari!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Serengeti Smile! Our tour guide was incredibly friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained so much about the animals and their behaviour, always made stops whenever we needed him to, and patiently waited for us without ever making us feel rushed. He even went above and beyond by lending us his phone when we needed to make calls, which was extremely kind and helpful.
Thanks to him, we had an unforgettable safari experience and were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five in the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the value for money was outstanding.

Amazing Safari Experience
We had an incredible experience with Serengeti Smile on our 7-day safari. The accommodations were fantastic for the entire trip. Each had their own character and special feeling about them, and all of the staff were fantastic.
But what was by far the best part of our experience was the once-in-lifetime opportunity to see all of the wildlife we got to see. We spent a day in Tangire, 3 days in Serengeti, 1 day in Ngorongoro Crater, and 1 day in Lake Mananyara . During our time, we saw all of the big 5, including 3 different leopard sightings, and more than 100 lions! We also saw cheetahs, and everything else you could possibly see— elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, 3 very special rhinos at the end of the trip, and so much more. Being out there and seeing those animals was one of the highlights of our life. And this is all thanks to our amazing guide, Samuel. He was kind and caring, professional, and so incredibly talented at finding animals. On our game drives, he would ask us what we wanted to see, listen to the radio, and drive to areas where we would likely find the animals we wanted. We were pretty much in awe the entire time. It was so much fun, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime.
We are so grateful for the experience, and equally grateful to have had Samuel as our amazing guide. He is now our friend forever. We hope to come back someday soon.

We had an amazing first safari experience with Smile Safari, and our guide, Hussein, made it truly unforgettable.
Hussein was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He knew exactly when and where to go to give us the best opportunities to see wildlife. His sharp eyes and extensive knowledge made every game drive exciting, and we managed to see all of the Big Five in just two days.
The absolute highlight of our trip was seeing rhinos pass right in front of our safari vehicle ,an incredible experience we will never forget.

Respectful and streamlined experience that met all our expectations
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was an unforgettable experience, and the team delivered on everything that mattered most to us.
From the very beginning, communication with Patricia, our local operator, was seamless, even while organising everything from Spain. She was helpful, responsive and made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. Once we arrived in Tanzania, everything ran smoothly, from airport transfers to every pick-up and drop-off, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the journey.
Our guide Stanley was fantastic: knowledgeable, respectful towards nature and the animals, and always happy to share fascinating insights about the wildlife and its behaviour. We really appreciated his approach, which made us feel like observers in their world rather than visitors disturbing it.
The accommodations were another highlight. They were comfortable and practical while remaining beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings, with a genuine local feel rather than a generic luxury-tourism experience.
Our favourite part was spending two nights at a campsite in Central Serengeti, with wildlife roaming incredibly close by. There is something truly special about falling asleep and waking up surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness, knowing that animals are moving freely just beyond your tent.
We were lucky enough to see all the animals we had hoped for, but what made the experience so meaningful was something beyond the sightings themselves: witnessing wildlife living entirely on its own terms, with no enclosures, no performances, and no guarantees. You are simply there to observe, to feel humbled by the scale of it all, and to remember that you are only a small part of a much bigger world.
We would absolutely recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone looking for a well-organised, authentic and respectful safari experience. Thank you, Patricia, Stanley and the whole team, for making this part of our honeymoon so special!
