Life time experience
The safari tour was beyond our expectations, if we have in mind that it was booked a low budget safary.
First the experience in a tented camp was very good. Confortable beds, hot shower, good privacy and you have your own tent in the middle of a beautifull wood. Food however was basic (you dont starve, but im still waiting for the coffe on the last day).
The safari itself was amaizing. The pop up van was confortable, and our driver/guide (Mr.James) was very profissional and understanding. One of the best profissionals so far. We went in a good season, so we saw a varity and a lot of animals. We appreciate the fact that Mr. James was attentive in way that he was trying to catch the goods spoots.
In general it was a good experience, and also I must thanks to Mr Roberts that promptly help us when we change the pick up location in the arrival because of the cancellation of our flight.

Discovering Africa with the best guide driver ever
We took 5-days safari tour (Nakuru, Naivaishi, Masai Mara) with outstanding Runi from 1st till 5th October and it was mostly totally great! At first we visited Nakuru for 1 day, saw there rhino! In the first day, can you imagine! But unfortuntelly flamingos were too far to see them. The accommodation and meals was reasonable for the budget tour. The second day we spent in Naivaishi and there were extra costs that we didn’t expected as boat trip (30$) and bicycle tour in Hell’s gate (25$). Bicycle tour is 1,5 hours and 8 km, so we would prefer to do it with Runi rather than with other tour guide, because eventually Runi as usual gave much more information about the park and animals! The accommodation in Navaishi was not as good as previous one. Then we met other guys and went to Masai Mara and it was so unbelievably great: the place, animals, accommodation, meals, our company! This was the best part of the tour, because of the Runi and all his efforts we watched leopard eating zebra, migration of wildebeest, walking hippos during the day, lions doing it and brest feeding, family of elephants, cheetos and dozens of other species! So it was great and we thankful for Runi and our company for this amazing experience!

Amazing weekend!
Really quick at replying to all my emails before the trip.
Raymond was a great driver! He was very knowledgable and really went out of his way to make sure we saw as many animals as possible (we were super lucky and saw all the Big 5 in the first 4 hours of our game drive)!

A one in a lifetime trip that went smoothly with my guide Castro
The service surpassed expectations. Castro ensured we saw all the big five in one day n that was the most amazing part of my safari , he was happy to stop for photos n drove nicely ,the accommodation n foods were excellent but most of all thanks to Castro (SlimDaddy) for making my safari enjoyeble than expected and Robert in general

If problems come up they just ignore you
We booked the 10 day tour that includes safaris at Kenya and Tanzania. The only positive thing that has happened with this agency was that we had Aruni the first three days as a driver (he was 10/10). But, since the beginning, the programme you are supposed to follow is not followed at all, and they skip several game drives during those 10 days. Our big problem with the agency began when we arrived to Tanzania and we tried to contact to the agency because again they were skiping the morning game drive at Manyara Lake. Although at the beginning they answered back, they did not give me any solution, and that same day they did not amswered until now. They were supposed to provide me a transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport the last day (paying 40 dolar). I messeged them by WhatsApp to see if finally they will provide it or not. They did not answered. I asked then the Tanzanian agency with which they cooperate and the said that they will arrange the transfer for the airport for me. Suddenly, when I was expecting to pay for that transfer, our guide and driver at Tanzania, Joseph, said that his boss wanted to talk to me by the mobile. His boss told me that Karibu would aford the payment of the transfer to the airport, although personal of Karibu did not inform me about that by WhatsApp. They were supposed to pick us up at 4:30 am. Noone appeared at the hotel. At 4:45 am we calles for a taxi. I have contacte to the hotel once we have arrived to Zanzibar and they have confirmed that no driver went to the hotel. This agency is no serious, so don't waste your money with them. Some times low proceso become expensive and a headache!

Fun and intresting
Great service! Our tourguied Castro was really nice, he didnt only make the trip alot of fun he also told us alot of intresting stuff about the park and the animals. He made our journey safe and alot of fun

Awesome experience
We had really an amazing experience! Our driver Aroni drove us to all the beautiful places in Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. We saw cheetas, leopards, lions, hyenas, elephants, rhinos and go on. Would totally recommend Karibu and especially Aroni!
