Amazing attention, wonderful time, excellent staff
Overnight safari with MoAfrika was outstanding. Staff couldn’t have done more. Noxy was an excellent host and cook, Moloko was an outstanding guide, as was Clemens. Simon was also lovely and kind. Loved every minute!!! Thank you :)

Precision.
From start of the process looking for an transfer online to receiving an answer and getting everything booked, payed and organised this company has given me a seamless experience.
I am particularly happy with our driver Carson who showed on the dot time precision and friendly communication and highly comfortable driving.
I look forward to using them again in the future as I travel around the country.

Discover Soweto and have fun!
We did a half day private tour of Soweto with 17 people. It was great! We got to visit many spots around the neighbourhood safely. Our guide Tinyiko was the absolute best. We had a blast.

Wise
Excellent service, good value for the money, and reliable. Our guide, Wisdom, was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and environment. His love of the park and South Africa was apparent and he was wonderful about sharing his knowledge with us.

Very well organized and well-paced
Full-disclosure: The tour was provided by Viva Safari who is a sister company of Moafrika. I am ok when these things happen as I understand how they would want to try to match groups to maximise planning and logistics but a heads-up would have been appreciated.
My initial inquiries were responded to quickly. And despite my numerous questions and requests for different quotes, they have always provided everything in a complete and speedy manner.
This was my first every trip to South Africa, and my first safari trip, so doing the safari on the first leg of my trip was a mixed bag of feelings of nervousness and excitement. But again, because they were so responsive in WhatsApp, I felt reassured that everything will go according to plan.
I was picked up at my Hotel a little past the indicated time (because i was the last one to get picked up and we were 5 groups travelling together) by Welcome, who true to his name, made me feel very welcome! A great first impression. The trip is long but your eyes will be blessed with landscapes which you can never appreciate on a flight. We made our first stop at Mayfly at Dulstroom for lunch and to switch vans for the second part of the trip. Quentin was equally friendly and drove us comfortably to Tremisana.
Smiley, Raymond, Vian, Elvis were amazing guides and the lovely kitchen staff made everything as comfortable as possible. We were very well-fed and we could go for seconds and thirds if we wanted to. Breakfast had a good variety as well. There is water and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks you can purchase.
Value for money? It's great. Remember, these trips can go as rough as you want to as luxurious as you want depending on your desired level of comfort and adventure. Tremisana was very comfortable and had an en suite bath. There is hot water. There is air-conditioning. Please bring a torch as the pathways are dark in the evening.
Marc's Treehouse was equally the same but felt closer to nature and only had a ceiling fan. I stayed in House 7 and it was spacious with a doublebed,an en suitebath, and a private balcony overlooking the river. I stayed during winter but the first night was a little warm so the blankets were enough. The second night got cold and I was actually relieved i brought fleece pyjamas with me so I did sleep well. Depending on where your "house" is, be prepared for a 3-5 min walk on unequal, but stoned, pathway. I had a large luggage with me and i could manage but some people might struggle. I did have help from Rene who was happy to bring my luggage up the treehouse (which had maybe 7-8 steps max) but there are houses that are literally high up and i don't think it would be easy to carry a 20kg luggage up a wooden ladder.
You will hear and sometimes see animals during your stay. But generally, i felt safe as the houses are spread apart. You have a padlock to lock your house when you depart for the day's activities.
I would definitely do this trip again and would not hesitate to book with Moafrika again.
An appeal to tourists: please bring cash for tips. And please leave tips for the kitchen staff as well. They are very lovely and warm people who truly want to give you the best experience.

He was amazing. Very informative and we did not feel rushed through out the tour.
Clement was very amazing and informative. He answered questions of the the tour group. Although we only saw 2 of the 5 Big Five animals, which was disappointing and no fault of our tour guides. I highly recommend the tour and the tour guide Clement!!!

Very friendly
The tour guide for the safari was very knowledgeable and funny. We were able to see a lot of animals but we missed the cats. Hopefully on my next tour will be lucky.

Just amazing
The tour was exceptionally well organized and highly recommended. Both our driver, Carson, and the park guide were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience.
