Thought it would be once in a lifetime trip, no way, I will return, amazing experience
MoAfrica was a great first time organizer for my Safari. Stayed at Ivory Moon which had just opened a few months prior, the host and staff were so nice and hospitable in every way. For the tours, it was a great experience, the full day tours with the guide in Kruger was just amazing. I was lucky to have the same guide, Gustav, throughout the 5 days I was there. He was informative about the wildlife and was very personable. Overall the services were good, reliable and good value. The one area that could use improvement is overall communication from MoAfrica. There were a few emails prior to the safari where I asked specific questions via email which went unanswered or the response was just go back to the original email. This needs improvement when dealing with customers, especially if they are coming on a safari for the first time. Everyone in my tour group had the same issue. Other than that, it was amazing.

Pilanesberg safari with Doreen was excellent!!
We have a day safari with Doreen, an excellent guide!! She did everything to show us all the animals and we shaw a leopard too!! We had the opportunity to see elephants, crocodile, ippos, zebras, giraffes and many other animals too! She was great and I would definitely recommend her! We took great pictures and she went to close to the animals with safety and carefulness! Thank you!

Pilanesberg safari game drive excellent!! Amazing gamedriver-ranger named Doreen!!
Everything was great from the beginning of the day. The driver(Sibu) picked us exactly on time in front of our door. Big thanks to our game driver -ranger(Doreen) she was amazing!!She did everything she could to see as many animals as possible. She was amazing she did her best and we managed to also see a leopard!! We couldn't have a better ranger than Doreen!

Durin was amazing!
It was a unique experience with our guide Durin, we have seen a leopard, rhinos, zebras, giraffes, a lot of elephants, antilopes, impalas, a crocodile and a lot more.

Friendly
It was a great tour, friendly conversations on ride to safari park. Park was amazing got to see lions up close & personal. Even a black panther close up. Amazing, it was beyond my expectations. Good value for money.

Very professional
All tours were on time, with polite, gentle and professional guides. The only thing I would said that was not good is about the Pillanesberg Day Tour: the vehicle used to transport us to the Pillanesberg Park was too short, very unconfortable for a daily tour. And the distance between some passengers was so big, that we took much more than one hour to catch everybody.

Rich and impressive experience, good communication while organising the tour, everything done according to what we've agreed. So, reliable and valuable service for the money paid. He is a funny man.
Petrus is an intelligent, very sociable, and funny young man. In all my life, he has been the best tour guide I've had in a long time. Petrus seems to know every stone in the park. He has a great ability to convey his knowledge about the animals' lives.
