It was Good, but there the experience was good. there was a delay in picking up from the hotel.
The experience was good. There was a delay in picking up from the hotel. So, the use of facilities at Lions Park was restricted. I think is necessary more time.

Outstanding and magnificent tour for experiencing the wildlife and stunning scenery in Pilanesberg
Both drivers (shuttle to Pilanesberg and back as well as safari jeep driver in Pilanesberg) were very kind and lovely, included lunch was tasty and delicious.
Shuttle driver to Pilanesberg has been driving with high speed or too fast, with risky overtakings on the opposite lane, probably being under pressure due to lack of time, having to be back by 6 pm.
The tour operator should extend the tour duration by one hour or more, taking the long driving distances into account (tour would end by 7 pm or later), so the driver wouldn't be under time pressure, resulting in better journey safety for the customers.
I would highly recommend your tour.

Good value tour.
Tour is good value. Communication can be be improved but overall it was a good tour.

Well plannes tour and great guide, allowed us to see 4 of the 5 big fives in a short time

- On the flip side, I wish the tour could have been longer only die to a rather large crowd from multiple hotels hence there was a lot of pick up and drop offs required. I was the first to be picked up at 6am and last to be dropped of at my Hotel the Sandton Sun at 8.30pm. There was around 3-4 hours of 'real safari' time.

Welcoming, informative
We had a great day. The pick up and drop off went smoothly. In the park our tour guide was very skillful in his maneuvering of the truck, knew were to stop to spot game, and had a overall broad knowledge of the park wildlife.

Reliable and friendly
I had a really good trip to the Lion Safari Park. I was picked up at the hotel on time and the vehicle supplied was in good condition. The driver, Tsholo, was really knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was really good in a safe environment. Might just have liked a little more time to see the smaller displays

Great Safari experience
I strongly recommend MoAfrika Tours as I had a great experience for My Safari at Pilanesberg.
From the communication to the service, everything was clear.
The guide on the tour was one of a kind and gave us a lot of information.
We saw many animals very closely which was an amazing experience.
Very efficient service
From the start to the finish, MoAfrika Tours was efficient and fast with responses. The trip., in itself, with the your guides and chosen accommodation, was excellent, from.the start to the finish. Good value for money and I highly recommend.

provides pleasant 1st time overnight safari experience
friendly tour guides. excellent service at ivory tree lodge. the guides on jeep safari are knowledgeable. please experience in the park. the van broke down before it picked me up but tour company contacted me in real time and explained the issue and apologized profusely. we were delayed 45 min but this did not impact any of the game drives
