A very good tour operator
MoAfrica arranged for our trip to Botswana at the Okavango delta. The safari lodge they booked for us (Saguni Safari Lodge) was exceptional. We had the luxury tents right on the water and spent three nights there! A must visit. However, our stay at Maun for a day was not what we expected. I would have skipped it altogether. The hotel (Crocodile) was good and clean but tired… Also we paid for a helicopter tour with a stop for drinks and MoAfrica did not communicate that with the helicopter charterer. It seems that the hotel had made the arrangement and had not understood. We discovered the misunderstanding after the ride unfortunately which had no stop and no drink.

Thomas did his job very well. Explained everything correct also.
My experience is that you will have a long day. But the people communicate very well. You will get to know everything.

The program proved not to be tailored to our needs and preferences. Lavender was nice and responsive
No need for stopping one night at Crocodile Camp and Spa, a decadent lodge so close to Maun just to do a half hour helicooter ride which was not as impressive. Afterall we all take a look at the Okavango from above by using the air plane transfer to the lodges. Saguni Safari lodge was wonderful, in a serene location by the river where you feel one with animals and nature. The lodge is well maintained, the staff was very accomodating (took good care of our vegan preferrences)

MoAfrika offers lots of options and friendly team
MoAfrika transported us up to Pilanesberg national park and a safari, and transport back to Johannesburg. Our driver Sibu, was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, safe driving. The tour in. The part was with guide Joe, who was excellent and knowledgeable re: the park, animals and such. My only challenge with the company was logistics and consistent communication. I had a tour guide who did not show up in Soweto. Getting confirmations and clear info on who.how/when could have been smoother. But still a strong company.

Good
It has been a nice trip with Mo safari. The driver was very nice and cooperative. We had booked a private trip but had to share a car with other guests for some of the trips the first two days. We complained to the company and this was rectified. Chef Forward and driver Lembi and Lemon Juice were nice and accommodating.

Was good trip to see some of the main sights. Altered the day so we could see things we wanted to include.
The tour operators did a great job
The tour was compact and good. However I would suggest make the villages more realistic
Not see the lion but its okay. Lovely trip

Reliable and Professional
Got the reference from the hotel lobby. The experience was good with timely pickup. They provided water and lunch as well. Overall safari experience was good with breaks in between. A must visit if you are not doing Kruger.
