Honest people and always try to give their best
As I wrote in heading , they are honest and try to give their best. The price they charge , it may not be possible to expect more what they provide. We were 30 persons group and sometimes it was really a challenge to make all happy. Arun, their leader guide need special mention for his leadership quality and attitude. Rest all three were very good and well mannered. We enjoyed our safari and was of course a life time experience .
Regarding stay and food, I would say food may be repetitive, it all depends what you want there? Safari or food? Regarding stay Amboseli camps: some tents are really good but many of them are really rundown condition. We managed. Nakuru Hotel: Very good and clean. Food both dinner and breakfast was buffet and not bad at all as someone wrote. Mara springs camp: was very good . All camps had water supply hot and cold 24 hours. Electricity was by generator run from 6:30 pm to 10 pm and 6 am to 8 am. It was never a problem. few tents has charging point of its own and some has not. The caretaker Williams was the nicest person I saw there , I had no problem of charging my gadgets despite I has no charging point in my tent.
I will definitely recommend and will again visit but keep expectations low....you will enjoy

Good communication, service and price!
It was easy to communicate with them before arriving to get some info regarding the tour. We were also happy to be picked up on time. We were very satisfied of our guide who was very knowledgeable and patient. He was also a perfect and brave driver.

well organized by tour operator, and well done by mr Aroune he guide and saw all Animel,
we didn't meet Robert but he give us very good guide cum driver Mr Aroune , he is very nice person without Mr Aroune may be our tour will be not Excellent thanks to him. he saw us all big Animal's and make us very happy, About food we suffer lots because we are vegetarian.

Beyond my expectation
First of all, I'd like to say thank you Robert and his team that my dreamed vacation made fantastic.
He responses all of my questions promptly, and arrangement was perfect.
All of my guide/drivers, Ambrose, Gene and Stanley are very professional; they won't miss anything with their eagle eyes and excellent communication skill together with driving skill yet very safe driving technique.
I could see Big 5 together with migration at Masai Mara!
Lake Nakuru and Amboseli shouldn't be missed; I'm so glad to be included on my itinerary.

It was awsome! All service, transfer from\to airport. Driver Gibsom superman) We was first car in Masai Mara lions hunt and saw how they feed gnu. Really WOW)) And when was raining he changed our tour plan little bit for our more comfortable rest. Poor hotels, some confusing about stay in camp... but this again give me experience. I’m understanding my life at home high quality and I can’t complain when something missing at home... after stay in camp Maasai Mara

Very helpful and professional
The Safari was amazing and our driver Edward was excellent .
The only thing that we did like it was the food at the restaurants on the road. The rest was great . We had such a great experience and to be so close to the animals was awesome
