Joy with Jocky Tours
This is a great company to do a tour with. They are available, efficient, cost-effective, seriously helpful, imaginative, problem-solvers with a great sense of humour. Maureen did my booking and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Francis was my tour guide and he seemed to be a magician with timing and animal spotting. David solved all my post safari problems making the whole trip seamless. Thank you everyone for a wonderful trip.

Excellent Masai trip with Dennis 😍
I took the 5 days tour and it was excellent and got at very reasonable price as well. Special thanks to Mr Dennis for showing us the Masai and Nakuru and Naivasha in the best possible way . Our team was amazing with bunch of nice people 😍👍 I would recommend Jocky Tours for your trip to Kenya .

Exceeded Expectations
I cannot recommend jocky tours and specifically our tour guide James Gichina. From start to finish everything was organized for us and the value for the money was stupendous. Our accommodations were clean and functional and super kind staff. But our highlight was our tour guide James. He got us super close to every animal we saw knowing how to approach to make us feel comfortable and as if we were with them in the wild. We was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly helped us see way more animals than I was expecting! Booking jocky tours was definitely a right move. And if you can, ask for James. You won’t regret it.

From the very beginning, Jocky tours made the whole planning process incredibly easy. They helped us choose the perfect itinerary and was always available to assist us with everything we needed, from arranging our hotel pick up to assigning us an experienced English -speaking guide. His professionalism and kindness made us feel well taken care of even before our adventure began.
Our safari started in masai Mara National reserve , and right from the first day we were amazed. We saw so many animals, including a beautiful cheetah trying to hunt and with the sunset. It was an unforgettable sight!
On the second day we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including the famous wildebeest migration and the crossing of the Mara river . It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The third and fourth day We were lucky enough to see countless lions, leopards, cheetahs, and many other incredible animals, including some very rare species. Every game drive was full of surprises and unforgettable moments.
The accommodations in all the parks were simple but very nice , in Masai Mara we stayed at Lenchada camp, the staffs were very friendly and accommodating , the food was also simple but delicious, in lake Nakuru we stayed at Buraha zenoni resort, it was sooo nice , good showers , clean beautiful rooms , very good variety of food and professional staffs, the last accommodation is Mountain View camp in Amboseli , very beautiful camp near mt Kilimanjaro with clean beautiful tents , tasty food and very good staffs.
A very special thank you goes to our amazing guide Francis , who made this journey the most incredible experience of our lives.
Francis ,thanks to his excellent English , explained so much about Kenya , its wildlife, and its fascinating culture. We learned about the traditions of the Maasai and other local tribes, making the safari not only exciting but also deeply enriching.
Francis was an outstanding driver with exceptional knowledge of the parks. Thanks to his experience, patience, and incredible tracking skills, we were able to find not only all of the Big Five but also many rare animals. He always knew exactly where to go, even in the most challenging situations.
Thank you once again to the entire Jocky tours team for giving us memories that will stay with us forever. This was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives, and when we come back to kenya we will definitely choose Jocky tours and Francis again.

A trip I will never forget with jocky and francis
We recently went on a safari and chose Jocky tours and travels after reading consistently excellent reviews across multiple platforms, including SafariBookings, Google, and TripAdvisor. With so many local operators available, the choice can feel overwhelming, but from our very first inquiry, jocky tours stood out. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and informative throughout the entire planning process. They helped us put together a fantastic itinerary, answered all of our questions promptly, and stayed in touch until the day we arrived. It was also a pleasure meeting them in the office . Thank you so much Jocky for making everything so smooth and stress-free.
For our safari, we were paired with Francis as our guide, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Francis was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and conservation. From the moment we started our journey, he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and enjoying every moment.
Francis had an incredible eye for spotting animals and seemed to find wildlife that many others would have easily missed. He took the time to explain animal behavior, ecosystems, and local culture, which added so much depth to the experience. His expertise, patience, and enthusiasm made every game drive exciting and educational.
One particularly memorable moment was when Francis imitated the calls of a baby wildebeest. A nearby family of spotted hyenas immediately heard the sounds, got up from where they were resting, and started walking toward us looking genuinely confused, as if they were trying to figure out where the lost wildebeest calf was. Watching them approach with that “wait… who called?” expression was both fascinating and hilarious, and a perfect example of how knowledgeable and entertaining francis was throughout the trip.
He also made sure we had plenty of opportunities for amazing photos and always positioned the vehicle thoughtfully so we could get the best possible views. He is a professional photographer and he knows how to position the jeep for perfect shots. Thanks to him, we saw everything we had hoped for and much more.
Beyond being an exceptional guide, Francis is a genuinely kind and warm person. By the end of the trip, we felt more like a friend than just a guide. We will always remember the wonderful experiences and memories he helped create.

We did the 3-night, 4-day safari with Robert, and it was an amazing experience. Robert was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient at spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, we were able to see all of the animals we hoped for.
He also kept the atmosphere fun with his great sense of humor and plenty of jokes, making every day enjoyable. His passion and experience really made a difference and turned the safari into an unforgettable adventure.

We have just finished an incredible three-day safari in the Masai Mara, and without a doubt, it has been one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives.
My wife, my son, and I were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the trip. The safari exceeded all our expectations: we saw an astonishing number of animals—far more than we ever imagined—and experienced moments that we will cherish forever. Every single day was filled with excitement and breathtaking encounters with wildlife.
The accommodation chosen for us, Mara Sopa Lodge, was also outstanding. Set in a beautiful location, it was comfortable, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax after each exciting day on safari.
However, the true highlight of this experience—the element that made it genuinely exceptional—was our guide and driver, Eric.
Eric is an extraordinary person. He is an exceptionally skilled driver, always careful and safe throughout the journey, constantly smiling, professional, attentive, and incredibly dedicated. His outstanding knowledge of the wildlife and the park allowed us to witness amazing scenes and discover spectacular places. He never wasted a single minute, was always perfectly punctual, and somehow always seemed to arrive at the best spots before everyone else. He worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best safari experience possible.
Beyond his professionalism, Eric has remarkable human qualities. He is warm, friendly, and naturally empathetic. He created a wonderful atmosphere among the seven people who shared this adventure with us, making the experience even more enjoyable and memorable for everyone.

I booked the 4-day Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru safari. Overall, the tour was well organized and communication through WhatsApp was easy. The only issue was the first-day pickup. I was told to be ready at 7:15 a.m. but waited in the hotel lobby until 8:00 a.m.
The highlight of my trip was our guide Francis in Masai Mara. A great guide makes all the difference on safari. He knew exactly where to find the animals, how to position the vehicle for the best views and photos, and always made sure everyone had a chance to see and take pictures. Thanks to Francis, I had one of the most unforgettable wildlife experiences of my life.
The last two days had a different guide, and the experience was not as good. However, the tour company handled the vehicle changes between different groups very smoothly. Overall, I would recommend this company, and if possible, ask for Francis as your guide.

Excellent value private safari — patient expert guide and unforgettable sightings
From the very first email, communication with Jocky Tours was clear, prompt and patient — they answered all our questions before booking and made the whole process reassuring. On the ground, the service was excellent: our guide James was professional, endlessly patient and incredibly skilled at finding wildlife, and Enkorok Mara Camp was comfortable with great food and warm, welcoming staff. In terms of reliability, everything went exactly as promised — the private vehicle, the itinerary and the arrangements were all spot on, with no surprises. The tour itself was unforgettable: over four days James found us lions several times, a leopard feeding on its prey up in a tree, a cheetah, a black rhino and all the other classic Mara animals. For a fully private safari, the value for money was outstanding. We would book with Jocky Tours again without hesitation and highly recommend them — especially guide James.
