Triple A- Absolutely Amazing Amos
This was my first time in Kenya going on a Safari. Axis was great all the way with constant communication and transparent pricing. Budget safaris are a dime a dozen in Kenya. What made this experience so enjoyable was my tour guide- Amos. He’s wealth of knowledge, humor, and tenacity is what will make me book again with this company.

I love it so much I can't express it in words.
One of the most important parts of traveling is who you share the journey with. Whether by design or by coincidence, I was fortunate to be with people of similar age and from similar regions. Even though I came alone, I quickly became close with new friends, and that truly made my trip even happier.
The accommodation I stayed in was also very clean, and there was always plenty of hot water. Throughout this journey, everyone I met — including the agency staff, my guide Tribon, and the hotel staff — could not have been more kind and helpful.
For all of these reasons, I want to express my gratitude to every friend I met along the way.

An unforgettable tryst with the wild
We went on a private safari for a group of 4 people covering Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara and I only have good things to say.
Starting off with the communications and coordination, it was prompt and hassle free. Tabitha patiently answered our numerous queries and handled everything smoothly for us.
Now to the guide, who is inarguably the most important person in a safari - Apidi brought all his 16 years of experience into the game, expertly assessing the situations to provide us the rarest sightings, patiently explaining the various details and nuances of wildlife. Always open to answering questions, extremely punctual and most importantly respecting the nature, mindful of the right thing to do, not disrupting privacy of the animals even when hoards of guides choose to go the other way.

Too fun and animals!
The safari was excellent in terms of wildlife and experience. Peter Kapino is an incredible guide; he looks for animals until we see them. Thanks to him, we saw all of Africa's Big Five and loved his explanations and jokes. I would definitely recommend going on a safari with Axis Safari Kenya again, and definitely with Peter! It's a long trip, but Peter makes it fun!
I recommended the tripa boat and the mara the BEST! Too much animals there!

Professional and welcoming
I joined a 3-day Masai Mara tour with guide Kevin, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Kevin was not only a skilled driver but also very knowledgeable about the animals and local cultures. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. The company itself was highly professional and made sure everything was well organized. Because of this, I was able to fully enjoy breathtaking views, encounter incredible wildlife, and take some amazing photos.

Our tour guide Jonny Jackson was very experienced and capable
We had a very comfortable trip with Axis africa safaris. All the accommodation provided were clean, safe and comfortable. Out guide through the safari Johnny jackson was very capable and helpful. We were able to spot the big fives within 4hrs since the start of our safari, thanks to Jonny’s experience. He also helped in getting us a closeup shot of a cheetah and a leopard.
