Amazing Safari with an Incredible Guide β Rodgers Made It Unforgettable!ππ¦
Our experience with Axis Safaris was absolutely incredible! We were lucky to witness the Big 5 and the Ugly 5, and every moment felt magical. Our guide Rodgers was simply the best β knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and an excellent driver who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. His cheerful attitude and βHakuna Matataβ motto kept the energy positive from start to finish!
The entire trip was well-organized, great value for money, and filled with unforgettable memories as well as amazing wildlife encounters.

It was an amazing experience i ever seen in my life especially the jimmy he was soo cooperative
It was the most remarkable experience I have ever had in my life. In particular, the people of Masai Mara are incredibly lovely; they show great respect and are very kind, humble, and welcoming. I felt as though I was in my second home. I am truly grateful to JIMMY, who accompanied us and shared insights about the journey and the culture of Masai Mara. His extensive experience in driving allowed us to get close to the animals, enabling us to capture unforgettable moments.
Overall, my experience was truly extraordinary. I thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to visit again soon.

Well organised tour and great safari experience
We chose to do a tour with Axis after researching and making enquiries to a number of safari companies. From the start, Philip was quick to respond to all our queries, and provided us with clear and detailed information. The tour was very well organised, and everything ran smoothly.
We did the 6-day group tour to Masai Mara, Navaisha, Nakuru, and Amboseli. Peter was our safari guide, and he was brilliant - he knows the parks thoroughly and is a great jeep driver. We saw a huge range of animals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and rhinos (basically all of the 'big 5'), as well as lots of different bird species. Peter is hugely knowledgeable about all the wildlife, and enthusiastic to share his knowledge and answer questions. I got a bit of food poisoning halfway through the trip, and Peter was attentive and accommodating, making extra stops and taking us to a pharmacy, which was a real help.
All in all, we would highly recommend Axis. We found them really helpful when we were arranging the safari, and we are really grateful to Peter who gave us a fantastic safari experience.

Trip of a lifetime with Axis! (Rodger is the man!)
We had a fabulousssss 4 night / 5 day safari trip with Axis, led by our friendly, and experienced guide Rodger! Also shout out to Philip who made the booking & payment process so efficient and smooth, as well as adding in our Hot Air Balloon Ride with just a few weeks notice π
The safari in & around Masai Mara is what dreams are mafe of! With Rodgers knowledge of the area and great connections with fellow guides and rangers, we were able to see the Big Five (wow), we also visited Masai River and saw Crocs and Hippos!! Lunches were good, long journeys were made comfortable with water and a few stops on route, also the hotels were of good quality (we booked the mid-tier package) all staff are super helpful and friendly.
Rodger also took us around Lake Nakuru Park (my favourite) as felt like an animal's paradise, so amazing to see Rhinos, Pelicans, Flamingos, Giraffes, Hyenas and so much more! I would definitely recommend Axis and Rodger to anyone wanting to do on this type of journey, they're professional, accommodating, reasonably priced - you won't regret it!! π

Great, well organized!
I did 5 days 4 nights Safari which was absolutely amazing! It was very well organized. We visited diferent places that gave us a more complete picture of the wildlife of Kenya. Our guide Rodger was great. He knew perfectly where to find all the animals! He was very informative and helpful! Very highly recommended!

The best informative Safari with Rodger number one guide
We booked axis safaris as the package was inclusive of park fee's so we knew we had no surprises in terms of cost, the company was also comparitive in terms of cost against other tour companies.
We got a full itinerary and was booked up in Nairobi from our Airbnb on time, and arrived at the booking office to pay.
We also wanted to do hot air balloon tour which axis arranged for us through another company.
Rodger our guide, was without a doubt the highlight of the trip. He showed us the big five, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience and was able to see the animals up close and get great pictures and videos.
Rodger made sure everyone in the group knew what time to be ready for each morning, but had a no rush approach to our day, putting our experience first.
5 stars for axis, and if you get the chance request Rodger to be your guide and you will not be disappointed!

One of the best experiences Iβve ever had! Rodger our your guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. He made sure to always give us time to take pictures and explain everything thoroughly. The trip is worth every penny! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing week in Kenya thanks to our fantastic guide, Khalifa, and the travel agency, Axis. The tour was well-organized, and Khalifa was not only experienced but also reliable. We saw all the Big Five, and he ensured we had the best experience. Highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore Kenya!

Ken was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge and experience of Maasi Mara is incredible. 10/10 guide
We started off our Safari in Nairobi where we were collected by Ken and made our way to the Maasai Mara. We stopped at the Rift Valley to take in the wonderful views and then continued down to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Once we checked in we got some lunch and Ken then collected us for an evening game drive. We got to see so many incredible animals on our 1st day. The second day started early as we booked a hot air balloon for 6:30am so we were up at 4am to get ready and make our way to the location the balloon departed a from. This is a must! It was an incredible experience were we saw thousands of animals grazing, hunting and migrating. Once we landed we made our way for a beautiful breakfast on the reserve with Zebra and Wilderbeast in the distance. The food was 10/10 and scenery 100/10! Once we finished breakfast Ken collected us and brought us on an incredible safari for the entire day. We saw Lions, Cheetahs, Elephants, Hippos, Crocodiles, Hyenas, buffalo, zebra, giraffes, wilder beats and many more. Ken knows the park like the back of his hand and is incredible knowledge and information about the different animals and the park was truly remarkable. Ken made our safari the most amazing experience ever. I couldnβt recommend a better tour guide than Ken!

Excellent organisation with great guides!
We were recommended Axis Safari by our friend who has used this compqny twice before. We spoke to Winnie who was very helpful and responsive any time we messaged. She helped to book our dream 4-day honeymoon safari!
Our Tour Guide was Collin Sempele who is a gem of a person, kind-hearted and very respectful about the animals and natural surroundings. He is also of Maasai origin and provided unique perspectives on the park and its history. This was very important to us as we believe in sustainable tourism. Sempele was incredibly knowledgable and made our trip highly enjoyable!
Sempele took us to an evening game drive where we saw elephants, buffalos and even some lions on the hunt. The highlight was being able to see the Crossing of the Mara River (part of the Great Migration to Serengeti) which we only saw because of Sempeleβs great guidance and patience. Aside from this, we saw many incredible animals and got great photographs! We arenβt avid photographers but Sempele provided great tips, ensured we got good angles and even shared some of his own photos and videos.
We will definitely be recommending Sempele and Axis to our friends and family!
