Fantastic 4 day Serengeti + Ngorongoro + Tarangire safari
5/5

We had a fantastic time on the 4 day Serengeti + Ngorongoro + Tarangire safari! The food was great, delicious hot meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our guide James was a hero, keeping us constantly entertained with so many stories along the way, and was incredibly knowledgeable (with a degree in botany), and skilled at spotting animals from miles away that we would never have seen otherwise. We saw absolutely everything we came to see, cheetahs, lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinos, giraffes, elephants, wildebeest, and more that I had not heard of before. The campsites had great views, one over the plains of the Serengeti and one over the Ngorongoro crater. Also the cars were well equipped with plug sockets and usb chargers.
Suricata were very flexible at organising the trip, adjusting dates and airport transfers was absolutely seamless, and they were extremely quick to reply to all the questions I had.

Amazing
5/5

We had an amazing 4 day safari experience! The guide James was fantastic; he showed us so many animals and was very good at sporting them and told many interesting stories about the wildlife, the landscape and the people. Everything was very professionally arranged, the food was excellent. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it!

The safari-tour was perfect!
5/5

James / Jimmy did a great Job. We saw the big five and a lot more in less than 3 days. The Campsite in the middle of Serengeti and Ngorongo was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious. It was perfect and a once in a lifetime experience! Highly recommended

Great tour with great execution
5/5

First off, great great value for your money. It was a bit difficult sifting through and deciding on a safari for us. Look no further!

The logistics were spectacularly executed. Our guide Elias was very knowledgeable and we felt extremely well taken care of. I will also add that the food was on point. Our chef Tito should open a restaurant! To top it all off the communication and hospitality the entire crew showed us was 10/10.

We were able to see all the big 5 and so much more.

Highly highly recommend.

Amazing from start to finish
5/5

Amazing experience, so many gems not even sure where to begin. They arrange pickup from the airport, provide a hotel room before and after your stay and 3 home cooked, traditional Tanzanian meals each day of your tour. Our guide was patient, super knowledgeable and had the best energy. Highly highly recommend.

5/5

The Surikata safari trip was awesome. from pick up at the hotel to drop off at the airport. during the trip, chief took care of the whole day's food. Guide and driver in one person was a man in his place. he has extensive knowledge of local wildlife and can answer any question. Thanks.

Great trip if you want to see the big 5 - especially recommend 4 day safari including Tarangire.
5/5

Great trip. Especially recommend the 4 day safari. In this safari you will see Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. All three of them are completely different. Tarangire will show you the baobab trees, large herds of elephants, and a large variety of other animals. We especially loved the Serengeti, where we were able to see a jaguar and cheetah from super close! Ngorongoro is a must, where you see a super high concentration of wildlife and you have a good chance of seeing rhino's. Our guide Elias was the best, being knowledgeable about all the animals, able to spot animals very easily, friendly, willing to answer all your questions, and high on pace! Tito made the best, diverse food, also including pizza and fries in some meals. We liked everything of this trip, highly recommended.

Fantastic and well worth it
5/5

Our driver Max was wonderful and the food Salem cooked was incredible.

We saw tons of animals (Big 5 minus cheetah)! The tents were nice, sleeping bags clean, and the sleep pads were comfy. I have a sensitive back so I brought an extra sleeping pad and stacked it on top and slept great. The staff set up all the tents and camping materials so everything was easy.

The camp grounds were well equipped, second one had a cafe, and all had showers. Definitely wasn’t worried about not choosing tents over more expensive lodging.

Bring small snacks since you meals are a little spaced out, but when you eat they feed you very well.

Fantastic
5/5

I chose Suricata because I had read some good reviews and despite my initial skepticism I can confirm after 5 days of safari that it was a unique experience. I chose to sleep in the tents because I wanted to try this experience and I was hoping to see some animals in the field and I did. The night I slept around ngorongoro crater I saw lots of zebras, buffaloes and impalas. They were lying there. Close to me.
I arrived on the 31st evening at the kilimangjaro airport. There was Mr T. who took us to the hotel in Arusha and the next morning our ranger, Fred arrived and took us to the camp for resupply. We saw Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Central Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our chef Saleem has always cooked exceptional dishes for us. Every day for lunch and dinner there were 4 dishes. Rice, meat or fish, legumes and vegetables. Plus dessert or fruit. African cuisine is outstanding. All good and in large quantities. We all saw the animals multiple times. Elephants, zebras, impalas, waterbuks, monkeys, servals, warthogs, giraffes, baboons, hyenas, buffaloes, impalas, leopards, flamingos, lions, and even rhinos. A unique experience that I would do again 100 times. Thanks Meerkat
