Amazing! Once in a lifetime experience!
Everything was just perfect!
The crew was amazing, the driver guide was very professional and punctual, the chef cooked some amazing meals for us throughout the Safari.
The communication with Hillary and Ally was top notch, the tour packages can be customized to fit your needs.
We've been to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and Conservation Area and trust me when I say that it is a surreal experience, we slept at Serengeti & Ngorongoro An'gatas, in a nutshell you are in the middle of a national park, no fence, wild animals are walking near your tent, just amazing and safe!
Just book a tour with Suricata and you will have something to tell your grandchildren about!

Extremely Knowledgeable
The trip was amazing! We were able to see so many animals and landscapes. Our guides Douglas and Moodri were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was really good too! I would highly recommend booking with Suricata Safaris for any safari trips.

Suricata is efficient, precise and caring
I decided on my trip (as a solo traveller) at the very last minute. I had researched what I wanted to do but was skeptical about safety, schedule and being able to achieve what I wanted, especially on very short notice. When I contacted Suricata I found the initial and subsequent email and whatsapp communications to be very efficient and honest and this assured me of their legitimacy as a company. They were straightforward in what can and cannot be done by them and exactly what I can expect. They eliminated all ambiguity and doubts I had on my safety, legitimacy, health and security concerns as I knew nothing about living in Tanzania. And they did this through direct and prompt email/whatsapp dialogue. This gave me the confidence to book.
On arrival I endured luggage delay but was was well taken care of by Hilary, Ally and the team who reassured me every step of the way. They always had time for me.
My 5 day joining tour was amazing! Rocky, our driver and guide was simply the best in being safe, extremely efficient, calm and very knowledgeable on the animals, landscape, culture, people and systems in the places we visited (Lake Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorogoro crater). Rocky was the lynchpin in keeping everything together and yet creating the relaxed environment. The accommodations provided (mid range lodge) were perfect in every way and exactly what I was told they would be. There was nothing lacking. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting other persons as part of the tour as we all shared our experiences and obviously there were more eyes to look for the animals! We were a great team!
This was a most memorable adventure for me and Suricata's services made it all possible at great value. At every step of the way everything was precisely as described and communicated. There was nothing lacking in the tour responsibilities. Rocky kept us informed every step of the way. Things were like clockwork. In fact it was better than I expected. He willingly accommodated requests and extra stops so was flexible in doing what we wanted at the time.
The Tanzanian landscape is itself breathtaking and the animals...amazing!! Observing them really calibrates your mind on why we must preserve their home and the planet. This was time well spent.

They were amazing
Suricata safari gave me an amazing experience. Everything worked according to plan and even better than I imagined. From airport pickup to the game drives, top notch accommodation and the best customer service all at a very affordable price as compared to other tour operators. During a game drive, your tour guide can make or mar your trip, however ours (Mr James) was exceptional. He had good knowledge of the landscape, animals, plants and fruits and always gave good answers to questions. I highly recommend Suricata safari to anyone visiting Tanzania.

An amazing, unforgettable experience
Myself and 6 of my friends are from Ireland and booked a 5 day private safari tour with Suricata. We looked at the packages available and were able to organise, customise and tailor our package very easily through WhatsApp. The company reply very quickly. We were picked up from Kilimanjaro airport the day before our first day and were transported to a lovely hotel called Tulia Hotel Boutique & Spa in Arusha. It was a lovely, clean hotel! Our accommodation, meals, water and park fees were included in our price which was amazing value for money. The first day on safari we had breakfast at the hotel and we were picked up by our guide, Ezekiel to go to Tarangire National park where we saw elephants, lions, giraffes etc. Our lunch everyday was hot food and we noticed the majority of other people around us at the picnic area were eating cold lunches! The lunch meals ranged from chicken, beef, veggies, rice, potatoes, pasta, noodles, chocolate bars, fruits, juice and more! We stayed in Baghayo Garden Suite the first night and it was nothing short of a 5 star experience. Any alcoholic beverages purchased in the accommodation need to be paid for but are reasonable in price. The dinner in this accommodation was buffet style and was 5 courses! The next 2 days we spent in Serengeti and we stayed inside the park for 2 nights. This is a must as you can hear the animals at night (hyenas, lion roars etc). Both nights we were there we had buffalos roaming outside our tent but the staff in camp site, Baobab Lodges & Camps, escort you to and from your room and provide you with a walkie talkie. However, the animals are not interested in humans and are Amazing. We departed most mornings at a time at our own request which made Ezekiel such a fantastic guide. If you book through this company I suggest you request Ezekiel. He is very knowledgable and knows which animals are which from miles away. He has such an impressive array of knowledge as he is very experienced and also a lovely man which made our experience so enjoyable. We left most mornings at sunrise (6am ish) at our request despite the norm being a 8am start. Despite our early start, Ezekiel stayed out all day with us and went above and beyond for us. After our last day we were dropped back to a hotel to stay in until our flight the next day (this was negotiated with the company as the norm with the company is to be dropped back to the airport). The last day we stayed in the Serena Hotel which was a 5 star experience so I highly recommend also trying to get this accommodation into your package Overall, as a group of 7 people with no complaints it is safe to say we had a 5 star experience and would 100% to back to this company

Incredible experience - great value for money
We went on a 5 day private tour for 7 people with Suricata Safaris and had an unbelievable time. The tour was exceptional value for money. The food, accommodation and car were excellent and our tour guide, Ezekiel, was fantastic - very knowledgeable and he drove us around for 12-hour days in the Serengeti. Suricata were very accommodating in allowing us to customise the tour. We spent one day in Tarangire, three days in the Serengeti and one day in Ngorongoro. We saw all of the Big Five apart from the Black Rhino, which we’ll have to come back for!

Absolutely amazing!
I have picked Suricata Safari at first because of the good reviews, but to be honest I did not know what to expect. Now, after a 6 days safari trip I must say I am more than happy with my choice. The communication with Suricata was smooth and everything was according to our discussion, but what was the best of the best were the safaris. Vincent, our guide, is the most knowledgeable guide ever, he has the eye of a vulture and sees everything there is to see. Moreover, he is always patient so we had the chance to see some amazing wildlife in all its glory. Last but not least, the food was delicious. So, let me tell you, you must choose Suricata and you should ask for Vincent!
