Nice and organized tour
5/5

The safari tour was great. You don't think about anything except the safari, the guys take you there themselves. We had guides Kisamo and Simba, good guys. Kisamo told great stories with humor. Joel took care of our accommodation, a warm and pleasant person.
Surikata Safari is a good company and you can safely book tours with them.

Impressive 5 days
5/5

We had the pleasure of going on a 5-day camping safari with Suricata Safari – an experience we’ll never forget! Our itinerary included Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara. Each destination was stunning in its own way, and we were lucky enough to spot four of the Big Five among countless other animals.

Our guide Damien was outstanding – knowledgeable, experienced, and truly passionate about wildlife. Thanks to him, we had so many memorable encounters. We were also well taken care of by Salim and his team, who made sure we were well-fed with tasty and hearty meals.

Overall, an amazing adventure with fantastic scenery, wonderful wildlife, and great people. We can fully recommend Suricata Safari!

They do everything to give you the whole safari experience you want
5/5

We booked the 5-day camping safari with Suricata Safari and it truly exceeded all expectations! Our journey took us through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara – each park offering something unique and breathtaking. We saw an incredible variety of animals, including 4 of the Big Five – absolutely unforgettable!

A huge thank you to our guide Damien, who impressed us with his experience, knowledge, and eye for spotting wildlife. His passion made the trip even more special. Also, a big shoutout to Salim and his kitchen team – the meals were delicious and always prepared with care.

All in all, these were fantastic days full of unforgettable landscapes, wildlife sightings, and smooth organization. Highly recommended!

Once in a lifetime experience, couldn’t recommend this company more
5/5

I would highly recommend this company and specifically this tour. We did the 4 day budget safari booked off safaribookings , travelling to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Communication prior via email and WhatsApp had quick responses and Neema answered all our questions.
Transfer to the hotel was uncomplicated, we even asked our driver to take us via ‘Benson and Company’ near the hotel to buy binoculars (I couldn’t recommend this more, you really need a couple of pairs at least in the vehicle, there will be one pair with the guide who is happy to share, but please please buy/rent your own!).
Jevas hotel was very comfortable.
Our guide Lewis was very friendly and knowledgable, really made the trip, and the amazing cook James provided ample amounts of delicious food even with proper plates and cutlery in the parks for lunch - they can cater to any dietary requirements, and the meat was good quality, don’t shy away from it. Limitless bottled water is supplied and we even got given a bottle of wine on a couple of the nights. Would recommend buying a couple crates of beer from ‘shoppers supermarket’ near the hotel, you can get a taxi/bodaboda via the ‘Bolt’ app and there’s also a cashpoint there - a large fridge resides in the vehicle, and drinking a cold beer 10 meters from a lion is unbeatable.
There was plenty of game drive time and we saw everything bar a leopard, the Serengeti is particularly stunning.
The campsite for Tarangire was outside the park but very nice, even had a pool and bar so take your speedos!
Serengeti campsite was in the heart of the park, absolutely stunning open to animals to wander within but we always felt perfectly safe.
Ngorongoro campsite on the rim was also very comfortable with nice views.

We would recommend tipping the guides, we did so in shillings but didn’t feel pressured to at any point.

Overall there were no hidden costs/tourist traps, and our experience was well beyond expectation, get it booked!
