Transparency
We had our 4 day safari trip with Gordon (our tour guide and driver). He has been 100% friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We stayed at camping sites which have been an amazing and unique experience. The food has been tasteful all the time.
All the trip has been well organized and prepared well in every detail.

The best!
I was SO incredibly satisfied with my whole safari experience through Suricata Safaris! Everything was planned down to the minute, which made the logistics totally stress-free. The accommodations chosen were excellent; every lodge/camp was high quality and a perfect place to relax.
The hospitality started right away: A driver picked me up at the Arusha airport, and then Emanuel from the Suricata team came by a few hours later just to brief me and make me feel completely settled before the safari even began. That was such a great, personal touch!
My guide, Adam, was honestly the best. I was blown away by his knowledge and hosting, he made the safari so easy and fun. And a huge thanks to Salim the chef, every single meal was delicious and such a treat.
The safari ended seamlessly, and even the final debrief with David was so well-organized. If you want a perfectly handled, high-quality, and totally unforgettable adventure, book with Suricata. I highly, highly recommend them!

Amazing!
The tour was fantastic. The national parks are beautiful and we had such a great guide. He was so friendly and answered all our questions.
And the cook was brilliant. The food was so incredibly good!
On top of all that, sleeping in tents between you was just unique! I would recommend it to anyone!

Made me fall in love with Tanzania
Suricata Safari made me fall in love with Africa, and Tanzania. Everything from when I was picked up on the airport to when I left has been so amazing that it's difficult to spell out in words.
Our guide and driver Charles was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw all the big 5, most of them on several occasions. The chef Mukhucin was amazing and made some of the best and diverse food I have ever tasted. Make sure to tip them well!
The camping spots were very good and most of them even had hot water for showering. I would recommend bringing some earplugs though since the animals can make quite some noise at night. We had everything from small dik-dik to elephants visiting our camps so you really get to get close to the wildlife. Also, if you are going to Ngorongoro, make sure to bring some warm clothes.
The only criticism I have is that when I was going to Serengeti we were a bit late and didn't get that much out of the day, and in Ngorongoro two other people were joining our group and there was an issue with the permit which made us all very late for the crater. They did solve this in a very good way though and I was very pleased with how it all turned out.
I am for sure returning to Tanzania after this experience!

We had the best safari experience with our guide Melita and our cook Salim. Salim prepared the most delicious meals and was a pleasure to be around. Melita managed to find the Big 5 and was the most fun guide we could wish for.

Really open and attentive guy who knows a lot and wants to make the experience the best
Really amazing experience, starting with the booking, always attentive and resolving all the doubts, it's clear how organized they are. Once we started, our guide Melita was incredible, knowing all the spots to see the different animals, he was in contact with the rangers by radio so also communicating always where to go.
Also our big chef Salim, he prepared really incredible food so we always had been nourished too so well.
Until the end another staff of suricata (Daniel) he came in to the hotel to see us and ask how was everything and to see if there's something to improve or change.
It was an amazing Safari and suricata made it much better, being so attentive and searching the best to all the group

3-day safari with Suricata
My mother and I went on a 3-day safari with Suricata Safari in November 2025 (Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serval Wildlife) and we were delighted from beginning to end.
First of all, our driver Fani was always very punctual and flexible with the schedules.
Our French-speaking guide Charles made our safari an unforgettable experience, thanks to him we were able to see a multitude of different species, always respecting them. We always had as much time as we wanted to admire or take photos. He also shared his extensive knowledge of the parks, the animals, and Tanzania itself. Charles is a kind, interesting and very friendly guide!!
Regarding the accommodations, we slept 3 nights at Jevas Hotel, a very satisfactory hotel in the center of Arusha, and we spent one night in a tent at a campsite (campsite with sanitary facilities and a swimming pool!!) with a hot meal in the evening, prepared by our chef James, who delighted us!
We also visited a Masai village with a presentation of their traditional dance. A little disappointed with the visit to the village because the Masai quickly ask for money in addition to the price of the visit, but this remains independent of the safari agency.
In addition, all the meals offered during the safaris were hot and excellent.
On the last day, we visited the Serval Wild Life hotel where we were able to see, pet, feed and photograph the animals.
Small bonus: the safari agency is very responsive via WhatsApp and was able to answer all our questions as quickly as possible.
In summary, we had a magical, timeless experience and we highly recommend this agency which allowed us to realize our dream in the best conditions!

Outstading! Totally recommended!
It was amazing! All the services offered were 10/10. The staff was outstanding, with special mention to our driver and guide, Luther, and our cook. Before arrival, I was really worried about the food as I’m allergic to fish and seafood, but there was really any problem. There were many options to choose from and every dish more delicious than the other. No complaints about the organisation as the schedule was followed millimetrically. Nonetheless, it is also really important to mention that we were remarkably lucky with the people we shared the trip with. It was a very natural and easy-going environment. We made a great team! Do not hesitate to book with them. They will be especially concerned about all your needs. They are the BEST!
