Exceptional and tailored
I did a 3-day by budget Serengeti + Ngorongoro safari starting from Arusha on August 16th with Felix (our guide).
The tour operator was exceptional, with professional tour guides, chefs, drivers and dedicated personnel. They were all fluent in English and did their best to accommodate our needs. The homemade meals were delicious and the staff took care of our equipment, tents and everything in between.
Regarding our driver and tour guide, what can I say. Thanks to Felix, we saw all big animals including the rare-to-be-found cheetahs, rhinos and leopards and he managed to find the best spots for videos and photos compared to most vehicles during our game drives. There were 6+ vehicles from the same tour operator around the area, so thanks to their telecommunications we could find all the animals in the area without looking for hours. Felix also provided details and useful wildlife information during our trip, making us more engaged.
This was my 2nd safari and it far exceeded my expectations. I blindly recommend them!

Fantastic Safari Experience
We booked a 3-day camping safari with Suricata Safaris adventuring to the Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. While the booking was relatively simple, we had a scheduling issue when we got to our accommodations. Our safari was initially booked incorrectly by the sales representative, but it was quickly resolved by Kevin/Celvin, our briefer at the Jevas Hotel (one of the accommodation locations). I really appreciated how swiftly he was able to resolve this issue.
We were paired with Felix for our driver. Felix had a great eye for spotting the various animals and was a very caring and patient person. He was experienced and knew where to go to find the animals. Thanks to Felix, I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to see all the Big 5 (we saw 4 out of 5 on our first day!).
The camping accommodations were fine and were located in public camping sites inside the park. While the facilities lacked consistent hot water and working showers, they were not responsible for that. I also thought the food was good! I really enjoyed having a hot lunch rather than a boxed lunch. Additionally, during dinner, they brought out bottles of wine!
I am glad we went with Suricata Adventures. They have their operations together but I think a little clearer communication could have helped our itinerary issue.
An Unforgettable Safari Experience
Our safari experience with Suricata Safaris has been excellent from start to finish! Our guide, Jeremiah, is absolutely fantastic. He is an excellent driver, very knowledgeable, extremely polite, and always attentive to every detail.
We were also incredibly lucky to have him as our guide, as we managed to see some of the most difficult animals to spot several times — including leopards! His experience and dedication definitely made the experience even more special.
The lunches were also consistently delicious, which was a wonderful bonus during our days out in the parks.
We highly recommend Suricata Safaris, and especially Jeremiah, for an unforgettable safari experience!

We start a little worry because of the hotel in arusha (it was not good), but everything else was perfect. All the others places and employees were great. The guide Jeremy was excelent and Kind! Such an amazing experience

Well organised, with lovely guides and good connected
We had a perfect Safari with our guide Jeremy. He made every wish come true. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The fact that they are a big and good organised organisations, helps them to find the best places. The camps are fun and the food is delicious. The price is justified. Go for it!

Suricata Safaris make my dreams come true.
We are so happy with Suricata Safari that I am writing a review even while we are still on our trip.
Our guides Jeremy and Damien did their best job. We feel very well and safe. They give us the best views.
This trip was worth every penny. The workers have a good connection and give each other informations. So it was possible to see leopards, cheetahs, lions, elefants, hippos, giraffes and so on.
The food from Tito and his team in the kitchen was good and clean.
We really enjoy our one in a lifetime holiday.

Lake Manyara is a gem
This was the last day of a 5 day lodge tour - i have left a separate review of the first 4 days but for day 5 we had a different guide Boniface. He was very good and extremely knowledgeable giving us lots of information. I did not expect to see much at manyara but it was fantastic. We had a great experience elephants very close including adult and baby. Unforgettable. I'm sure Boniface will go far in guiding. Again i had a great group to share it with. We had stayed at suricata boma lodge which is superb right by lake manyara and all the staff were superb there as was the case for all lodges on the 5 day.

Very good at finding the best spots to see the wildlife up close
Very good tour - well organized and we managed to see all Big Five up close due to the extra effort of our guide Jordan.

Excellent company, which helps with every problem
Absolutely amazing company! The team really saved us and helped us out a lot.
First of all, our flight was delayed, so until the very last minute we had no idea what time we would arrive or even exactly where. Despite that, they still arranged a transfer for us and made sure we got to the hotel in time and didn’t miss our safari. The communication throughout the whole experience was excellent.
And our guide, Jordan, was absolutely fantastic. He even helped us get a refund for our hot-air balloon trip, even though it was officially non-refundable.
The food was delicious, and Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He told us so many interesting stories and facts — how crocodiles hunt and what they eat, why hippos walk alone at night, and much more.
He took us to some truly amazing places, and we got to see a huge variety of incredible animals.
If you’re looking for a great safari operator, I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better one. Highly recommended!
