Best in the biz!
Shanjoy were terrific! From the very start they were responsive, helpful and genuinely excited to help plan our dream safari. Rodah was incredibly helpful and did a terrific job crafting our itinerary and making sure we had everything we needed. While on Safari she was checking in to make sure we were safe and everything was going well. Our guides were incredible. Both Steve in Kenya and Isaya in Tanzania were the ultimate professionals. They both led with kindness, respect and genuine love and excitement for the animals and an infectious passion for Safari. We always felt safe, in control and we had a great time with both of them. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about all animals right down to birds, insects and lizards. We learned so much and we saw the 'Big 5' with both guides, with Steve in Kenya and also Isaya in Tanzania. Both had a knack for knowing where to be at the right time and we were spoilt with animal sightings. Not only the 'Big 5' - 4 Rhino's including mother and calf, too many elephants and buffalo to count, large Lion prides including cubs, 4 cheetahs and 3 leopards (2 in one day in the Serengeti!), but we saw so many amazing sights including a Lion hunt, Leopard hunt, newborn Gazelle taking it's first steps, a Buffalo fight right up close with locked horns and a Lion pair mating. A truly unforgettable experience and we have Shanjoy to thank! Highly recommend them!

Excellent service with speedy communication and wonderful guides
I had a wonderful experience with shanjoy. From the start they were very quick to respond, and were very flexible with the exact itinerary and hotels and dietary requirements. We were pampered throuhgout the trip and the guides provided us with excellent informaiton and a keen eye for spotting animals as we were able to see all the big 5. The car was comfortable with water always provided and the camps and hotels were perfect. We found it to be excellent value for money and the service exceeded all our expectations. Overall we had a perfect trip with shanjoy and would highly recommended to anyone else

Absolute professionals who know what they are doing
We booked our Safari with Shanjoy and had an amazing experience. Our guide in Kenya was Rio and he was so personable and knowledgeable. We saw The Big Five and he really went out of his way to take care of us. In Tanzania, our guide was Isaya. Another great guide. Like Rio, he taught us so much and showed us the beautiful animals in Tanzania. Overall, I would highly recommend Sanjay for your Safari. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Kenyan/Tanz Safari!
We just had a great 11 day Safari with Shanjoy Tours and Safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. Good people and very responsible.
They took excellent care of us and worked with us for some changes we made along the way and did a great job taking care of us and working with us and staying flexible. We felt safe, saw lots of animals, had some good adventures and met interesting people. I would highly recommend them and we hope to use them again. Special compliments to the various guides we worked with; Patrick, Diana, Oliver(?)David, Patrick, Samuel, and all were great.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Balloon trip over Masai Mara; That was fabulous and well worth it. See some pictures below.

They took care of everything perfectly from the start! Rodah was always very attentive, and our guides were spectacular! We had Rio in Kenya and Eric in Tanzania. In both places, we were able to see the Big Five! We were very happy with the trip!!

Strong customer focus, attentive to detail, and adaptable
We had a wonderful experience during our nearly 2 week trip to Kenya. Everything was thoughtfully planned by Rodah, who was fantastic to work with - kind, attentive and very easy to work with. She organized the entire trip perfectly, responded quickly and adapted easily to almost every request.
The trip itself was absolutely amazing. Kimani was our driver throughout the journey and he was incredibly flexible and accommodating our needs, especially as I was travelling alone with two children. He made the whole experience smooth, comfortable and stress-free.
We absolutely recommend Shanjoy and Kenya. We will travel back with them again.

We learned a lot about nature and the country from him. He is a wonderful, experienced guide and knew exactly where to go and where to stop. He is passionate about nature and wildlife. Shanjoy tours went above and beyond making our Safari the best experience ever. Our guide Steve was not only extremely knowledgeable, but seriously fun. For us he was perfect. He found all of the five animals we went to see and also many more. The accommodations and food were great, neither of us had any issues . Steve made sure that we got to see not only the animals, but our visit to the Masai village left me with a deep respect for these wonderful people, and a time that I will never forget
