Great experience seeing all the animals across 3 national parks
We had a great experience overall. We enjoyed all the 3 national parks and every animal sighting got us joy. All the 3 lodges were great. The Lodge staff were all friendly.
Some areas we felt could be of improvised were the options of picnic box of hot lunch. We prefer box lunches but the only option was hot lunches which did not stay hot. Also the quantity of the picnic lunches needs to be checked as it was less. Also we understand the drivers/guides are experienced on bush roads, but maybe they need to be mindful of the speed.

Thank you for organising one of the best tours of my life🤩
* Overall experience: Excellent. I had a wonderful safari and my overall impression of the company is very positive. Everything was well organized from beginning to end.
* Organization: On the first day, an agent personally briefed me about everything — what to do, what to wear, payments, timing, and what to expect. Communication was clear and professional.
* Guide: Our guide, Lucas, was great — friendly, professional, and almost always perfectly on time. A couple of small delays were completely understandable due to circumstances beyond his control.
* Vehicles: This is the main area that needs improvement. Our car broke down twice, and the first breakdown cost us a couple of hours. I would strongly recommend investing in newer and better-maintained vehicles.
* Driving: I completely understand that roads in national parks are rough and mostly off-road — that is part of a real safari. However, driving around 60 km/h on very bumpy roads sometimes felt too fast. Slower driving would make the experience safer and more comfortable.
* A lucky accident: Because of the first breakdown, we entered the park later than planned, but it actually gave us an amazing experience — we saw an active leopard walking around in the evening, rather than sleeping. So something good came out of the delay!
* Food: The food was fine, but it was almost exactly the same every day. For a multi-day safari, more variety in the menu would be very welcome.
* The group: I was also incredibly lucky with my group. We came together completely by accident but quickly became really good friends, and sharing the safari with such wonderful people made the whole experience even more memorable.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. It was a beautiful, well-organized and memorable experience. With newer vehicles, slightly slower driving on difficult roads, and more variety in the food, it could be even better for future travelers.

Go Serengeti were helpful, professional and reliable throughout.
The star of the show was of course Tanzania itself but Go Serengeti provided an excellent service in delivering an outstanding safari experience. They were professional and reliable from start to finish (thank you Linah) and were experts in providing a rewarding itinerary for our family. The guide was fun, informative and helpful (thank you King David). The standard of accommodation varied a little but on the whole was excellent (keep up the good work Suricata Boma Lodge).

Amazing Experience
Everything is good! Only thing to maybe to complain was that i was thinking we woudld have a full day in the park every day but it was a morning or an afternoon safari. I did 5 days and all the 4 national parks near Arusha.
Communciation, service and value for money are good

Anniversafari
We had a lovely time exploring the Serengeti national park and the Ngorongoro Crater over 3 days for our wedding anniversary! It was an incredible experience! The communication was great from the booking all the way to the safari itself. Would definitely recommend choosing Go Serengeti African.

Amazing experience
Our Safari was truly an unforgettable experience. The landscapes were breathtaking andd seeing the wildlife in their natural habitat was amazing. Our guide William was friendly and made every game drive exciting…
A special thanks to NAMAYANI at the safari office who handled our booking and coordination. She was professional kind and made the whole process easy. We truly appreciate all her help 🙏🏻
The only area that could be improved was the food. Unfortunately, it was often served cold and did not meet the level of quality we expected. We hope this can be addressed, as it would make an already amazing experience even better.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this safari to anyone looking for an incredible adventure in Tanzania

Wonderful Safari tour with a cheerful and caring tour operator!
I had a wonderful time with the tour members, and our tour guide Laurence.
Thanks to Laurence, we could see many different animals with delicious food everyday.

Adrian was a great laugh and good guide, once asked he gave all information needed
Adrian was a good tour guide, young and keen which is good to see. The tour itself was very organized and thought through, no hiccups along the way. Especially through online bookings.

Great fun
Was good to see all the animals the food and organisation was okay but the animals made up for it
The tour operator was professional and delivered on the key aspects of of our itinerary
We booked a 6 day safari and had a great trip. The operator was flexible with our choice of accommodation and allowed some modifications. Laurence was a great driver and always put our priorities first. Minor downside would be the lack of organisation and different accommodations between the travelers in the vehicle. We felt we lost a lot of time figuring out who was going where and driving to different lodges every day.
