Tour and guide/driver were Absolutely amazing!
Traveling solo to Uganda as an older woman was an incredible experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Dav Safaris and my wonderful Guide/driver Richard. From start to finish, the trip was seamless, but the true highlight was my wonderful guide and driver. His deep knowledge of the local areas, the culture, and the wildlife made every moment fascinating. He always knew the absolute best local places to eat, ensuring I got a true taste of Uganda safely and comfortably. Beyond his expertise, he provided great companionship throughout the 10-day journey, keeping me safe and completely secure and lots of laughs. The absolute pinnacle of the trip was the primate trekking. Tracking the majestic mountain gorillas and watching chimpanzees in their natural habitat was deeply moving. Richard informed the primates guides of my physical skills and asked the treks match my physical pace perfectly, making these bucket-list wildlife encounters feel accessible, safe, and profoundly special. This trip was an absolutely magnificent experience and Richard was a major contribution to the trip. I cannot recommend Dav Safaris enough for solo travelers!

Amazing
It was the best trip I’ve taken so far. Our guide showed us everything. Guided us with extremely punctuality , it has provided with us, in a respectful, kind and friendly manner. Isaac will always remains in my heart . Uganda and Rwanda and their populations are an example of respect and hospitality

Well organised, clear communications, value for money
Comms- liaising was easy enough via email, clear time lines for payment and flexibility regarding flight timings and tour timings.
Service- great knowledgeable guide (Noah). Safe driver, good conversationalist and great sense of humour. Our preferences were accounted for and there was good communications about the timetable and expectations of the day. Long drives were not long as our driver and guide could chat with us about the country and culture.
Value- good value, comfortable accoms and package that suited our price range (knowing thay Rwanda is on the more expensive side)
Safety- we felt safe, accounted for and engaged all the way.

A Perfectly Organized Ugandan Adventure
I can’t give anything other than 5 stars to a trip that was meticulously planned from start to finish.
Uganda is full of breathtaking natural wonders to discover, and it’s no coincidence that it is known as the “Pearl of Africa.”
A special thank you goes to Ibrahim and Solomon: Ibrahim followed us from the very first day in organizing the trip, while Solomon, our guide, is a fantastic guide and an incredibly tireless driver. There are quite a few long distances to cover, but thanks to him and his great company, the many kilometres never felt like a burden.
He made sure we didn’t miss any of the wildlife encounters we had hoped for: the Big Five, chimpanzees, gorillas and, as the icing on the cake, the Shoebill!
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Dav Safaris for anyone planning a trip to Africa. They were impeccable from our very first contact right through to the last day of our journey!

Fantastic Tour Operator in Rwanda/Uganda
We had the most amazing time with Dav Safaris. Kato Gracious our guide took care of us the whole time and made the experience truly a once in a lifetime. Everything went smoothly at the border and we managed to see an amazing family of gorillas right up close. Highly recommend to anyone coming to safari in Rwanda/Uganda.

Don't look any further if you plan on travelling to Uganda!
I cannot stress enough how amazing the trip with Dav safaris to Uganda has been. I'm normally not the person to write a review, but for Dav, and especially Godwin, I felt like I needed to. Apart from the beauty of the nature, the people, I especially want to mention how much better Godwin has made our trip.
I travelled with my mother and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Godwin was so attentive, kind, funny and had a lot of knowledge about the surroundings. He was an amazing driver, so service oriented and had this very special positive and kind energy around him.
The price quality of the trip also is so worth it. If you are planning to Uganda, really don't look any further.

Unique amazing experience in Uganda with DAV Safaris and Godfrey
7 amazing day traveling across the country, visiting parks, falls, rivers, lakes and many animals including gorillas and chimpanzee. Godfrey was always on time, precise, available, careful. Super recommended to everybody.

Fantastic experience!
My 3 day trip was well organised. Uganda is definitely wellunderrated. I really enjoyed all parts of my Uganda trip, from gorillas in Bwindi to relaxing & unique Lake Bunyonyi. Ben was fantastic as a guide & driver. He went above & beyond. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful & kind. My only regret was not staying in Uganda to visit more amazing places. I’ll be back, hopefully with Ben from Dav Safari.
Amazing service and experience
We had a great time while traveling with Dav Safaris through Rwanda and Uganda. Our drivers Collins and Eddie were really kind, helpful and they explained everything we needed to know. The communication was always quick and easy to understand.
