Unforgettable safari with Morningstar – well organized, expertly guided, and full of soul and wonder
We feel incredibly lucky to have had James from Morningstar Safaris as our guide on our Great Migration journey in Maasai Mara. From the very beginning, his warmth, kindness, and contagious energy made a deep impression on us. Even after long days, he always had a big smile on his face – and that positivity never faded.
James is not only extremely knowledgeable about wildlife and the Great Migration, but he also knows the Maasai Mara inside out. He was always ready to go the extra mile – quite literally! The moment he heard of any animal we were hoping to see, he would drive across the vast plains without hesitation, determined to help us fulfill our safari dreams.
He was proactive and always looking out for us. Whether it was solving little problems along the way, or helping us capture the perfect photo, James handled everything with professionalism and heart.
Thanks to him, our safari was not only unforgettable but also deeply meaningful. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better guide – thank you, James, for making our adventure so special. Highly, highly recommended!

Very Professional & Personalized
My son and me went on a 10-day safari with Morningstar Safaris, and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever had in my life ! Our guide, Steven, was amazing. He knew so much about the animals ( like a zoologist) and could spot them from far away. He always made sure we had the best views for photos and explained everything really clearly. He was like a Grandpa to my son ! The lodges were amazing ( 4 hotels) , the vehicle was spacious, the itinerary and everything ran smoothly.
The Human touch : For my 13 year old son’s birthday, Winnie from the HQ in Nairobi drove down 3 hours ( most special & personal ) to come wish him with a celebration & gift . The staff surprised him with a cake and sang in Swahili. It was unforgettable— thanks to Winnie and Stephen I would recommend Morningstar Safaris any day !
I will be back to visit Africa.

Our safari with Morning Star Tours & Travel was absolutely unforgettable! From the beginning, Joysharon was fantastic. She helped us plan every detail of our trip, from the parks to the accommodations, with incredible attention to detail. Her quick responses and thoughtful recommendations made the whole planning process easy and stress-free.
When we arrived in Kenya, James was our guide, and he made the experience even more amazing. His knowledge of the wildlife and the local culture was impressive, and his friendly, easygoing nature made every game drive enjoyable. James knew exactly where to go to give us the best animal sightings, and he made sure we were always comfortable, whether on bumpy roads or relaxing at the lodges.

Perfect First Safari Experience
We are a group of three travelers in our mid-30s, and this was our first trip to Africa. We planned our safari together with Joysharon from Morning Star Tours & Travel, and from start to finish everything was perfect!
From July 25 to July 30, 2025, we explored Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli National Park, before heading to Diani Beach.
Joy was incredibly friendly, always quick to respond, and organized every detail at the highest level.
Our guide Augustine was outstanding! He is a very skilled driver and very knowledgeable about wildlife and the local tribes. He shared fascinating facts during our drives, spotted animals and always made sure we felt comfortable. His politeness, patience, and warm personality made the trip even more enjoyable. Big hugs to Joy and Augustine!
We came home with unforgettable memories, stunning photos and videos, and a deep appreciation for Kenya’s beauty.

Fantastic Trip!
We had an amazing trip. Dennis was great with his communication and quick to respond to our queries. Our guide Augustine was very knowledgeable, humorous and friendly. We saw plenty of wild animals during our trip to Masai Mara including cheetahs, lions and cubs, leopard, wildebeest migration, zebras, giraffes, gazelles, antelopes, hyenas, jackals, ostriches, hippos, crocodiles, warthogs with cubs. We stayed at Mara Siligi Camp and their staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The camp itself had all the facilities and services we needed. Highly recommended.
