Well organised and helpful. Michael was an excellent driver guide.
Booking our 8-day luxury lodge safari in Kenya with Image Travel was perfect.
Mwanje helped us tailor our itinerary to suit our needs and was very accommodating with our questions, responding quickly to emails and messages. The itinerary was organised very well and ran smoothly. Our only small issue was that communication was a little slow in the week before our safari (linking us up with our driver etc), but it was all well organised in the end!
The safari itself was absolutely fantastic, not least due to our brilliant driver guide, Michael. Michael has 18 years experience and was great at spotting wildlife, telling us about animals and making us feel comfortable and relaxed on long drives. He made our trip so special and we can’t thank him enough.
The hotels and lodges we stayed in as part of the luxury lodge package were excellent. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food and service was equally good. Mara Serena lodge and Ol Pejeta Sweetwaters camp were two of our favourites and would highly recommend.
Thank you to Mwanje and Michael for an unforgettable trip. I’d highly recommend Image Travel if you’re considering an African safari in the near future!

Efficient, welcoming and super friendly!
We had a fabulous experience in Kenya thanks to Image Travels, Mwanje, Husna, Jasan, Rooney and most importantly Patrick.
The highlight of the trip was the fact that we were among the very few lucky tourists who got an almost open jeep for the safaris. Patrick was our tour guide and is from Amboseli. He has a special place for elephants in his heart :).
We stayed for 2 nights in Amboseli, 1 night in Nakuru and 2 nights in Mara. Patrick is an amazing guide and can spot any animal at any distance with just a glance!
If you're planning to visit Kenya for safaris, Image Travels is the way to go. The whole team is so warm and happy to welcome you, you feel at home the whole way!!

Unforgettable safari adventure - Masai Mara
I recently experienced an incredible safari in Masai Mara with Image Travel. This company was very reliable and professional throughout the entire process. The communication and organization by Mwanje were top-notch. He provided detailed information and was responsive to all our inquiries regarding our private tour. While the safari vehicles could benefit from some improvements for better comfort, the overall experience was amazing.
Our guide, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and flexible, enhancing our trip with his insights and ability to adapt to our interests. He shared fascinating insights about the animals, their behaviors, and the environment, which enriched our safari experience.
I you’re considering a safari, look no further – you won’t be disappointed.

We had an incredible East Africa safari in Kenya and Tanzania booked through Image Travel Ltd. in June-July 2024. The company is headed by Mr. Mwanje Athuman, who met us in Nairobi before the trip began and at the end of the trip as we headed home. The lodges and camps were absolutely excellent, offering top-notch amenities and breathtaking views that made the experience truly unforgettable! The only area for improvement would be the safari vehicles, which could use some enhancements for better comfort and reliability. Despite this minor issue, everything else was great-from the well-organized itinerary to the knowledgable guides. Overall, I highly recommend Image Travel Limited for a memorable East African adventure.

Unforgettable excellent 8-day customized safari tour in Kenya
Overall: It was a private tour and Image Travel fulfilled all our requirements in accomendation, while some other providers indicated that the hotel we selected was not available.
Guide: Our guide John Waithiru led us to all the Big 5 and showed us all the animals we wanted to see. Even though I don't know much about photography, we still got many great shots and videos. John is also the best driver I have ever met. The road was so bumpy and he could always manage it. Many times we have seen other vehicles get stuck but John drives through always unimpeded. The journey from the Masai Mara to the Nairobi airport on the last day was 6 hours long, with poor roads and traffic jams, but John managed to help get there early. Even had time to take us to a great shopping mall in Nairobi where we got everything we wanted to buy and then arrived at the airport on time.
Communications: Quick feedback and provide us with hotel booking faster than others.
Reliability: Overall, the trip went very well. Except for some hiccups on the first day when arriving at the airport to pay for the trip, as they would not accept dollars printed before 2006 without notifying us in advance, wasting an hour of our time. As well as some delays in entering some of the national parks because the company did not purchase tickets in advance. We would have been more satisfied if the company had coordinated and planned better for the collection of tickets and cash.

Excellent safari, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara
We enjoyed a wonderful safari in Kenya booked with Image travel. I initially communicated with Mwanje who provided a detailed itinerary with costs. The communication was good with quick responses via WhatsApp and email.
Our driver David worked hard throughout our Safari and was with us throughout. He was an excellent driver and guide who navigated the roads effectively, which due to the recent rains were quite difficult and involved long journeys. David drove us to all the Safari parks where he spotted lots of animals and we saw the big five including a leopard cub in the Masai Mara!!
David managed to get us back to Nairobi airport from Masai Mara on time for our flight to Diani beach 😀
All three of the lodges we stayed in were excellent and in great locations to see all the animals.
I would probably recommend doing a fly and drive Safari to save the long car journeys.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Safari and recommend Image Travel. We took home wonderful memories of seeing all the animals in their natural environments.

This trip was an unforgettable and wonderful experience
The whole itinerary arranged by Mwanje is very compact and flexible, allowing us to fully explore and experience the magnificent scenery and rich culture of Africa. From the spectacular scene of the wildlife park to the unique customs of the primitive tribe, every detail is impressive. Especially on our safari trip in Massamara National Park, I saw groups of animals moving freely in the natural environment, which made me truly feel the magnificence of nature and the power of life. In addition, the accommodation and catering arrangements are also excellent. Each hotel has a beautiful environment and perfect facilities, so that we have a comfortable rest space after the tour.
John's guide's professional knowledge and enthusiastic service add a lot to this trip. Our guide not only knows the local history, culture and natural landscape well, but also provides meticulous care and assistance throughout the journey. His explanation gives us a deeper understanding of Africa, and his driving skills are also first-class, allowing us to reach various national parks safely and quickly. It also made us feel at ease and happy during the journey.
Generally speaking, this trip to Africa exceeded my expectations, and every moment was full of surprises and emotions. Thanks to the careful planning of Mwanje and john's professional service of Image Travel Limited, we can experience the beauty of Africa in so deeply.
