Almost too Easy
This trip was all around almost too easy to believe. I booked the trip rather last minute and Piniel was prompt with replies. This company made the daunting task of planning a safari in Tanzania remarkably easy. There was a driver ready for us every step of the way, the hotels were secured, and the food was provided. I felt that my 10 day safari and Zanzibar experience gave me everything I expected and more. Our safari guide Pius was wonderful. We saw so much up close and learned so much thanks to him. The food was all good, the hotels and lodges were perfect, and the hospitality was great as well. It was easily worth the money and made this a once and in lifetime trip come true. I would recommend this trip to anyone! The only things I would mention to others is to bring more money than you anticipate for tips.

Everything about this tour was unbelievable. All of the Accomodation was great very comfortable. Eddie was our driver and he went above and beyond to make our holiday great. He was lovely and found so many animals that we would never have seen. We could not of asked for a better guide

Fantastic company and guide
We loved our experience with Serengeti Smile from beginning to end. The booking and communication went excellent. They replied quickly and helped us make an initerary that was suitable for us. The lodges and camps were beautiful, and the food was great as well. However, what really made this trip amazing was our guide, Champion. Champion showed excellent service and did everything he could to make the most out of our experience. And our experience turned out even better than we would ever dare to hope for. We got to see everything we wanted, and more. Champion could spot animals from miles away, and he did everything for us to come as close as possible while still respecting the animals. Unforgettable experience
We had a great time on the 5 day great migration, Serengeti and Ngorongoro tour. Our guide (Libe) was very knowledgeable, and we managed to see all 5 of the big 5 plus plenty more. The quality of service and rooms for the price was also great.
