This safari was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life – and it wouldn’t have been half as amazing without the exceptional team behind it.
From the moment I booked with Serengeti smile with Jonyo, everything was smooth, professional, and personalized. Communication was fast and clear, and they tailored the experience exactly to our timeline and budget without compromising on quality.
Our guide David was a true gem incredibly knowledgeable, and so skilled at spotting animals from far away. He gave us fascinating insights about each animal and ecosystem. He also made us feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time.
We visited the Ngorongoro Crater & Tarangire and both were breathtaking. We were so impressed by the level of care that went into every detail of the trip.
What really stood out is the professionalism and heart of the tour operator – they genuinely cared about our experience.

A once in a lifetime experience in which you can dive
Zach has been the perfect guide to lead us thru the wonderful parks, animals and nature of Tanzania. He is very well prepared and ready to answer every question we could have on local culture or nature. We all felt safe with him along the whole journey, being able to see every animal during our 5-days safari trip (big 5 and beyond) thanks to his mastery in locating the best spots. 5 stars out of 5 to him!

Trip of our life!!
Serengeti Smile have given us the best experience of our lives and would not hesitate to recommend them.
From start to finish Ericks communications has been exceptional. From the original booking all the way through to our last step on the itinerary.
He was not pushy at all unlike other safari companies.
All of our guides and drivers were amazing including Joshua and Oswald who made us feel welcome and happy to answer any questions.
I would like to add special mention to Roger our safari guide who was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't imagine having a better guide.
Roger was very knowledgeable about the area, wildlife and culture and shared all he knew with us, answering any questions throughout.
He ensured we had a fantastic safari by going above and beyond for us enabling us to witness all Big 5 and the great migration against all odds.

Amazing
This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had on a holiday. From start to finish everything went so smoothly. We had booked a safari with a trip to Zanzibar afterwards. All of the transfers arranged were perfect. The hotels we stayed in were lovely with a number of these being the most luxurious and beautiful we have ever stayed in - the level of luxury was beyond anything I’ve ever known! The food was also excellent. The best thing about our trip was our guide, Roger - his attention to detail was 100% and he went out of his way to ensure that we saw exactly what we wanted to see - this included the ‘big five’ as well as thousands of wildebeest crossing the river Mara during the great migration. I can’t imagine having a better guide. There were a number of times that the things we saw on this safari brought tears to my eyes - it was truly, truly magnificent and these were genuinely the best days of my life. Thank you Serengeti smile. What a trip! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone interested in a safari.

Great company to go with.
We all had a brilliant time with Serengeti Smile. They were very easy to book with and there was great communication between us. Emails and questions were answered promptly.
What made the trip was our guide, Godson. He was extremely friendly, kind, funny and knowledgeable. Godson was an experienced driver who looked after us. I would definitely recommend him!

It was easy to communicate with Serengeti smile from the beginning. We had everything arranged before we arrived to Tanzania. We were picked up from our hotel at the arranged time with a warm greeting from Hussein. The 2 day safari adventure was amazing! Everything worked smoothly and we had the best experience. Hussein with a great driver and guide. We highly recommend him!
