Amazing trip!
We had the most incredible trip from Nairobi - Tsavo East - Diani Beach.
Before travel, Rosy was very responsive to our queries and was flexible in adjusting the itinerary to suit our requirements. On day one, our lovely guide Philip was ready and waiting at the arranged pick up time. The jeep was comfortable and Philip was a fantastic & knowledgeable guide/travel companion - we enjoyed spending time with him. The accommodation (Voi Wildlife Lodge) was amazing and we saw plenty of animals during our game drives. We just wish we'd booked a longer safari!
The only feedback I would give is that it would be great if a final itinerary could be provided just before travel, once the balance is paid (in a similar format to the quotes), confirming all arrangements and specifying pick up times etc. This would avoid any confusion on the day and provide clarification/reassurance, especially for first-time visitors.
Overall, I feel that the tour offered great value for money and would use Arosy Safaris again if we are ever lucky enough to revisit Kenya in the future :)

Lidnev was INCREDIBLE!!
We went as a group of 12 and were divided into two cars. Both of our guides were amazing and made sure we didn’t miss a single sight of the animals. The overnight stays were fair, locations could have been better as our travel times sometimes exceeded the camp drive times. Overall the tour was incredibly well planned and executed, will definitely go again. Shoutout to Lindev, he mentioned he also guides the trek to Kilimanjaro! He’s very informative and made sure our experience is the best!

We had a great experience on this tour seeing all the animals that we had hoped to including a lioness carrying her cub. Chobe is an amazing place to go for a day. The lunch was impressive. Be prepared for the border crossing which was disorganised (obviously this isn't the tour operators fault). We had a person with a lower leg amputation and the tour people were very helpful. The only reason I haven't given an excellent rating is because the jeep we had was older and the truck part blocked some of our forward visibility. Highly recommend this company overall.

9 days trip safari
I booked a 9-day safari with the company with the intention of exploring several parks, and the experience has been unforgettable given the country's natural beauty and richness. Stephen was always very available and helpful, and throughout the trip, we had an exceptional, dedicated, and caring guide, Isaiah. However, I would like to offer a few suggestions. The price of this program is very high and, as such, it lacks some fundamental details: specifically, I believe the program should be personalized, taking into account the client's interests but fundamentally the specificity of the safari season. Since we are in the peak migration season and only had a day and a half in the Mara, we did not have the opportunity to witness a river crossing. I believe the person responsible for designing the program should advise and suggest to the client the best time distribution to make the most of this experience. Moreover, the vehicle was appropriate for the game drives, but it was old and uncomfortable for the long journeys between parks.

We had an unforgettable Tanzania safari and were lucky enough to see the Big Five and two Mara River crossings. Although there was an issue with our airport pickup on arrival, the rest of the trip went smoothly. Our guide was knowledgeable and helped make this a memorable experience.
