Perfect group safari for first time travellers
We travelled as a group of 5 friends and went on a 3 day safari with Safari Update Travels to Amboseli. This trip was great. Everything was arranged to perfection. Our guide Steve was amazing. Steve was a great guide and helped us with loading our luggage and spotted us when we were low on cash. Everything including the food and lodging was excellent and reasonably priced. I was actually surprised with how well organized Safari Updates were. Always remember to carry enough cash so as to avoid any credit card fees. We ended paying up $30 extra to use credit card as I was not carrying enough cash. The entire safari was perfect!

The complete tour was very well planned with no hiccups. Right from beginning, both Brighton & Webster were quick to reply to any query to our satisfaction. Flawless execution, I would say. We all really loved the entire trip & got nice team of drivers or guides on the tour.
Of course at the Hwange game drive, we could not see much animals due to rains which was out of our hands still our guide, Lazarus, went extra mile to maximize the game viewing.
Vic falls was magnificent even though it rained very less this year.
Chobe day trip was excellent and all the transfers were smooth & nicely planned. The different operators you arranged were top class indeed.
Again thanks to you Webster & Brighton for making this a memorable trip. Our regards to Enock, Lazarus & all.

The tour organisation was great, they were reliable and very accommodating
We opted for the 5-day adventure, and found it to be a great value for money. Our accommodation exceeded our expectations and the food was always good. Our safari guide Steve was incredible! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw as many animals as possible. His friendly demeanour and humor made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Once in a Lifetime Safari experience
We chose the 5 day Safari to fully enjoy all Kenya has to offer. We were fortunate to see 4 out of the Big 5 and we also got to see the Ugly 5 😉 iykyk. We also visited the Maasai village where we met Dan the son of the chief and communed with them for about 1-2 hours
Our guide , Steve was very well versed in the history of the Maasai people and was able to answer all our questions about the animals. What’s more, he also gave us tips for Kenya and our further stay in Nairobi. Steve took really good care of us and was there every step of the way. If you ever need a Safari guide , I fully recommend Steve and would give 10 stars 🌟 if possible

South Africa Adventure
Illana & her team recommended a bespoke tour for us too fit in with our overall world trip. They were fantastic. Their suggestions for first time SA visitors were great, we covered safari's in Kruger, a private road trip from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town with stays at Knysna, Oudtshoorn (La Plume guest house was amazing), Mossel Bay & Cape Town. We then flew to Zimbabwe for Victoria Falls & a safari in Botswana @ Chobe. Thier itinerary was thorough and we knew who to contact for all logistics. When travel plans went a little sideways, Illana helped sort it out. If you are planning a trip that is based on your timetable and not that of group of travellers, this team is for you. Well worth trusting a local SA tour operator rather than our home country travel operator. Will certainly be back and look forward to engaging Illana and her team again.

Flexible
I was able to arrange a safari tour on short notice (day before departure) with Tall Masai Safari. I appreciated Benson's flexibility in tailoring the itinerary to my needs and the guides/drivers were good and accommodations reasonable for the price paid. I just wish I would have been able to pay at least a part of the tour by card and also the itinerary was not completely followed as I was told day 3 would include a game tour of Nakuru park (time permitting) plus a Nakuru game drive on day 4 before going back to Nairobi. Though we arrived in Nakuru with a whole afternoon to spare on day 3, the guide told me only one Nakuru game drive was included, either on day 3 or 4. On Day 4, I was able to go on boat tour and Crescent Island on lake Naivasha but had to pay the entry fees for those on top of the safari tour price.

Very reactive tour operator and great service
We went for a customized 9 days tour in Kalahari and northern Botwana, organization was very effective, all question were answered in very short time.
We had a great mobile safari experience, the team was very dedicated to make the tour as good as possible and to feel in the bush like at home. Problems (which are expectable in the bush) with solved very quickly and the operator was very concerned to give us the best possible safari.
