Great and well arranged experience
5/5

We had a wonderful 5 days camping safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We booked the "small group" with 3 people, 2 others joined and it was a nice group, still enough space in the car for all. Driverguide was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs and wishes, also a very good driver. Tents were pitched up for us, equipment was ever clean. Food was prepared by a really good cook, delicious and plenty, including packed lunch for the safari. We would do it again!!

Much more than expected
5/5

First the communication with Belén in Dar office was fast, she did the best to give us the most for the budget we had.
We arrived to Arusha with 2 hous delay, Thomas (our driver) was waiting for us. Since that moment until the end of our 6-day safari he did everything and more to pleased us. We saw cheetahs, leopards, elefants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, hippos, cocodriles, zebras, impalas, ostrich, gazelle and others. Not only that but most of them we saw from 3-4 meters away having fights, milking, having sex, hunting, eating, etc. Honestly the experience has been incredible, it was more than we expected, the best vacation of our lives so far and we dont really think we would have a better experience. The bar is too high! Thanks Belén, Thomas and Travel Partner.

awesome safari
5/5

I have booked the 6 day safari trip to Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. From the beginning I felt very comfortable with choosing this company. Amina from Sales Office help me out with Precision Air even though I booked the tickets myself and couldn't reach the airline afterwards. Our guide Sadiki was a friendly, good-humoured, very professional and safe driver. We always had enough time taking pictures and he answered our questions very satisfying. He tried his very best to find all of the Big 5 but unfortunately we couldn't find a rhino. At the end of the tour he drove me back to Kilimanjaro airport on time and Amina called to ask for feedback of the tour. Thank you very much for everything and I will definitively book again with Easy Travel when travelling back to Tanzania.

3day Amboseli safari
5/5

Absolutely incredible experience for our family! Our guide was Edward and he knew absolutely everything about the place, nature and culture, could answer all our numerous questions, explained everything detailed. Great advantage was perfect English that excluded any misunderstandings. Would recommend to all our friends travelling to Kenya.

Excellent service!
5/5

This was our first safari (2 adults - one in a wheelchair - and our teenage daughter) and it was such a great experience! We travelled with our excellent driver and guide adam for 12 days to Lake Manyara, the Ndutu Area, then to the Serengeti National Park and finally to the Ngorongoro crater, starting and ending in Arusha. Everything worked really well and we felt really welcome and comfortable. The service of magda and edward was simply perfect. Asante sana!!!

Excellent service!
5/5

Our family, 2 adults (one in a wheelchair) and our teenage daughter, booked with fika safari a tour of 12 days for Tanzania (Lake Manyara, Ndutu Area, Serengeti). It was the trip of our life time! Everything worked perfectly well, beginning with the booking procedure, the reception at the airport, the choice of accomodations, the excellent guide/driver plus the service while we were "on the road". We appreciated also that the owner wanted to know personally if everything was to our satisfaction when we were back home. Every aspect of this tour was handled with great care – we can therefore highly recommend fika safari. Asante sana!

Dissapointing
2/5

We chose big time safari for our Safari on the class called budget mode so of course we did not expect great luxuries but unfortunately we had so many problems we wanted to share the experience.
The total days of safari were 11 days.
The worst episode was the second day in Serengeti where the car just broke down, old jeeps are used and you will have many chances that this will happens to you. The whole day was lost and nothing was seen that day.
After the Safari was over once in Nairobi we did complain at Big time safari offices to get some compensation as the service offered was not given to us.
The manager, John, was careless and unprofessional as he was more interested in what was happening on the TV than on our complain. He made us waste a lot of time in the office for nothing. The discussion ended up telling us that under his point of view we were not humans as we did not understand his problems and than worst would have been to die in the safari. Once he has your money in his pocket his behavior changes he won't call you back or he will tell you he is busy in some meeting.
Other problems we had was the guide in Tanzania was bad no interest on us. The camp in Amboseli was dirty and no mosquito net was given in one of the beds.
The picnic meals very poor some of the days.
In summary the safari was ok because the landscape and the animals are great but sure thing we would chose different company for a safari.
