Had our best interest in mind and super flexible
This was our first time in Africa and The Ways of Africa team and Paul worked with us to get the best itinerary and were patient through my multiple changes / brain waves. They took care of us from the minute we landed till the time we left Kenya.
They updated us at every stage, communication was clear, the quality of resorts super. We also had to change our return date due to personal reasons and they helped us very very quickly with changed bookings.
The guides were very knowledgeable (Moses and Maulid) and shared lots of details about different animals, birds, flowers we saw and thanks to them we saw the Big 5 on a single day. We were lucky and blessed to experience this.

Small Local Operator
I wanted to make sure I arrange my travel with a local operator, rather than the international ones. I came across Daylight Safaris. Misaro was very patient in answering all my questions and very accommodating in all the changes that I made to our itinerary. In the end I was able to get everything I wanted for this trip at the price point that I was willing to go with. Gave me great advise and options.

Kuda was an excellent guide showing us all the viewpoints and giving us lots of time at each
The walking tour with Kuda was excellent value for the money. He loaned me a raincoat without which I would have gotten soaked. He took us on a tour of the 15 viewpoints starting further along than #1 so we missed the crowds. He gave us lots of time at every viewpoint and took many photos of my wife and I together. Overall an amazing experience!

Knowledgeable, courteous an much fun
My friend and I enjoyed a 12 day Namibia adventure, taking in the many facets that this amazing country has to offer. Travel between the many interesting and varied destinations was unhurried and easy. Our particular guide ,Michael,was a wealth of information and it was obvious he loved his country, now so do we.

Victoria falls was perfectly narrated by Kuda
Kuda walked us from start to finish giving interesting information on the various lookouts making the views more meaningful. His love of the falls is very apparent. He was patient and let us have as much as we wanted at each area.

The safari was great! I liked a lot, the lodging medium range I choose was perfect, specially Sopa Naivasha! beautiful place.

Friendly, knowledgeable, organized
I am very grateful to my guides Livin, John, Jeff, and Daniel, for making my short trip to the Arusha area incredible! I hiked to the Mataruni waterfall and had coffee with the locals, swam in the Chemka hot springs, and visited Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire Park. I saw lions, elephants, gazelle, black rhino, pumba, flamingos, buffalo, and many more. All the Suricata guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the details were well organized, and the food delicious. Highly recommend!

They really made the experience perfect.
Communication with the tour operator was magnificent. They always cared about me. The quality-price ratio is very good. Everything is included: food, drinks, transfers, accommodation. Plus it was very safe all the time. The guide cared about us the entire time and made the experience wonderful.
