Amazing experience
5/5

Traveling to a country you don't know can be very stressful, especially if you are going to do a new activity like a safari. After looking at many options and reviews online, we didn't know which one to choose, but a friend recommended we contact Paul's company in Kenya to see if they had tours in Tanzania as well. Communication was fluid through WhatsApp which helped a lot in planning our stay in Tanzania. They were flexible with our itinerary and we managed to organize a good agenda for 6 days in Tanzania on a private tour for two people, of which five days were on safari (including a visit to a Maasai community), and one visiting the waterfalls and a tour to a coffee plantation. Edwin, our guide was wonderful and made this experience an unforgettable memory. For us this trip was what it was thanks to him. He went out of his way to take us to find the big five. Furthermore, his knowledge helped us learn more about that beautiful country, its culture, and its people; He was also patient and flexible.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the visit to the Maasai community because unfortunately it is organized as a show for tourists. But it was still nice to learn a little more about them.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a tailor-made and flexible trip, this is the right company. And I hope you are lucky enough to have Edwin as your guide.

I went to Uganda because I had never seen chimpanzees in the wild. Not only was this successful but the gorilla trek was also amazing.

Kim Wagner, Safari online was the perfect booker.
Ghoha Hill camp in Zavuti was just a disappointment with a lack of maintenance and refurbishment urgently needed! In contrary Kiri camp on Chiefs Island was exceptionally good, brand new and only could be recommended.

We saw all the animals we wanted to see and more.
I didn’t see too many birds as in other places but I am extremely happy with our experience.

best tour if you're short on time
5/5

Overall the this was more on the expensive side compared to the other tours we did in Africa, we paid extra for a pickup from the airport as well. Obviously there are a few intermediaries involved. The tour itself was good as it included all the key touristy destinations that we wanted to visit given the limited time we were in Namibia. Accommodation was great with all inclusive meals. Communication before the tour was great and reliable. Tour guide was excellent, explained the significance of the places and any questions we had. The safari vehicle was comfortable given the rough roads we had to take and we had plenty of water to keep us hydrated.

Reliable and communicative
5/5

We have just finished a two night stay on the Garden Route. I can only speak in superlatives about our experience. From the reservations consultant to the driver to the accommodation to the food to the staff, everything was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The breakfast was the best we have eaten anywhere in the world.

For other travellers: we were not given an option about the standard of our accommodation, so ended up in a luxury two bedroom villa, when we would have been just as happy in the cheaper option of a one bedroom villa on the same property, which also looked great. We were also incorrectly advised by the reservations consultant that we would have a 50% chance of seeing the big five, when the property only had the big four. These two issues did not affect our enjoyment of our stay, but it's important for transparency.

I would definitely use this tour operator again, but it's important to ask all the questions when booking.

Amazing Park and good service
4/5

The tour was incredible. It was my first safari and i loved it. The price is very reasonnable, it really worths it. The food at the camp was delicious and the rooms were very comfy.
Some lagging points :
- There was no hot water in the rooms
- The lunch pack for the lunch picnic could be better
- The guide was overall quite nice, he also drives very well. However he was a little bit insisting with a female colleague of mine. And i wanted to point out that slight but annoying disrespect of boundaries.
