Exceptional, Knowledgeable, Friendly
Because I live in Washington Dc, and this was my first time booking a safari. I had so many questions that needed answers asap. So when I reached out to unscripted Tours, and someone responded back in less then a day. Lewis was the one who responded back via whats app, and from then on he literally answered all my questions day or night. He helped us find accommodation that met our needs, and explaining each hotel, no matter how many different ones I showed him pictures of, he was very patient and helpful, and has exceptional knowledge, and customer service skills. Once we arrived in Kenya, Anthony picked us up from Unscripted Tours with our name printed on a board, letting us know who he was. We choose a private tour, with the option of having a land cruiser instead of a van. The land cruiser was very comfortable, spacious and clean, and they also provided us with gifts that were blankets that came in handy throughout the tour. We stopped off at the Office to finalize our payments then headed to Lake Nakuru. We stayed at the Nakuru – Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. Which was a very nice hotel. The next day we headed to Masa Mara, and stayed at the Mara Serena Lodge. The drive there is very bumpy and is 7hrs away from lake Nakuru, hence thats why it's alot more comfortable to have the land cruiser instead of the van. While on the game day tours Anthony always made sure we were safe, and comfortable. He also made sure we saw every animal in the safari, and I mean everyone. He was always very punctual, informative, and very nice. Not to mention on our last day of the tour we wanted to go see Girffaes at the Sanctuary, where we could feed and touch them. He literally drove us 7hrs straight without stopping just so we could make it before they closed. He also took us to get souvenirs before dropping us back to our hotel. In all as a first experience Unscripted Tours was exceptional, and their staff is so friendly, professional, and they all go above and beyond in order to insure your happiness.

I was totally at the mercy of Unscripted Safaris being my first time in Kenya. The professionalism displayed right from the airport pick up (Was delayed for 2 hours at the airport) to the hotel drop off, to the safari experience........I was sincerely in awe. After 5 nights at the Masai Mara I moved to Diani where I spent 3 more nights. Beyond the services paid for which included transportation, flight tickets from Nairobi to Diani, Unscripted Safaris saw my safety and personal well being as their own responsibility.
I strongly recommend them to any fun loving individual/group as you will receive great value for your money. I am dreaming of another trip to Kenya.

Excellent Tour and Guide
We are participating in safari in Africa for the first time. All our questions were answered for the 5-day tour with my wife and helped in all matters. Our tour guide James is an incredibly talented driver and very knowledgeable. It is highly recommended for Kenya tours, which you can safely choose in all matters.

Amazing personalized tour in Kenya
In the beginning of March 2021 we were in Kenya for 2 weeks for a bush & beach safari. We couldn’t have been happier with the organization, the driver, the destinations and hotels! Lewis who organized the tour overall was super responsive, helpful and gave some really good advice & tips to choose the best parks and accommodations. Also, he was very flexible to adjust the tour and the lodges/camps until everything was perfect for us. On top of that he offered the package for a very competitive price, so the price/value was excellent! The tour itself, the parks we went to and the wildlife we saw was stunning and beyond what we would ever have imagined. Kenya is such a beautiful and diverse country, every park is completely different.

Our visit to Dubai was so exciting, the preparation part was made smooth thanks to our accounts person Maria. She is so passionate on her job.
Only reservation is on the choice of hotel, they had alot of indian cuisines, no varieties to choose from.

Interesting Africa
Right before the departure to Africa, I had a very informative and detailed meeting (via zoom) with Coleb about the entire safari. I have a specific allergy to some food, but Coleb arranged that very well. The package was crafted to my needs and lodges selected perfectly! In my opinion, this is a #1 tour organizer in East Africa!

Photography and Safari
I am an amateur photographer and all the safari was made for it, and I could not have been more satisfied and pleased. I did the eastern tour of Sipi falls, Jinja, Pian-Upe, and Kidepo. If you've read about Uganda, these destinations are less traveled and very interesting (I highly recommend this itinerary for nature photographers like myself). The guide, Mr. Chris, is an excellent, patient and expert driver, with an exceptional ability in spotting wildlife and knowledge about wildlife, and he is friendly and very pleasant person.
Coleb (the owner) was our contact person at office, he's so friendly and he contained alot of my questions. He is fast in his replies and always asks if you have more questions :)).
